Finally, we have a Dunkin’s that the neighborhood can love and appreciate customer service five stars much appreciated, putting love and care in the food not just throwing it together.

The lady didn’t want to give her name but she was short, asian with blonde hair. I just hope she doesn’t treat everyone this way. It was a super uncomfortable experience. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this was the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I came in to order a coffee and was not acknowledged by the employee working the front register during my visit on December 18th around 4pm.
When I placed my order, she rolled her eyes and typed it in without speaking. After I paid with Apple Pay, she stared at the screen for an extended time and did not approve the payment until I asked if everything was okay.
When I received my drink, it was missing the cold foam I paid for. I calmly asked if it could be added, and she repeatedly talked over me saying “next,” cutting me off mid-sentence. I was polite the entire time and honestly confused.
Another employee eventually had to step in and help me, which made it seem like this wasn’t unfamiliar behavior. The cashier appeared very disengaged throughout the interaction, on top of being dismissive.
I understand people have bad days, but being ignored and talked over multiple times is extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service was absolutely horrible and honestly concerning.

Terrible service and staff. A month ago I came by to pick up 1x Dozen of assorted and 1x Refreshers and 1x Shake
Upon arrival everything was sold out and they could not give me a refund. Staff apparently don’t know how to refund. This is a franchise location so they don’t like giving refunds. Please be aware.
District manager reached out to tell me to come in and she will comp me for my orders. I don’t go to Dunkin often and told her I just want a refund. She kept insisting to come in ands she will take care of me.
I call the store and ask if I could pick it up. She couldn’t empathize with what happened and told me to wait for the district manager callback. She had terrible customer service and just told me to wait.
Terrible business practices and service. Will not be going to this location. Don’t take my words for it. Read all the negative reviews this location has.

Customer service sucks and I told them how to make my drink and still did it wrong told them it was wrong and still look at me like I was crazy. This Dunkin’s sucks , and customer service awful everytime I come here

This place is horrible…. They don’t care about your order not only will they make the order messy they purposely keeping things out of the order especially door dash the chain manager and owner should be ashamed!!

Fast and prompt and we got what we wanted the food and beverage was to our liking. But I'd discovered at this location for the cost of our items a piece there was less inexpensive option. They have $6 special sandwich, tots and coffee. I don't like egg because they don't make plain egg white anymore so I double up on meat on my croissant sandwich which I might say was scrumptious 😋. But afterwards I wanted tots and just said nevermind get something more later. We were both happy 😊 with our choice and went and sat on the window ledge in the store ate our breakfast. Like 👍 slogan says run on down will definitely do that when in that area and get the special if it is still there. It was windy that day so I could have got a nice coffee ☕

Started ordering from here because my go to store started slipping on Uber eats orders. This place often runs out of food and they’ll just put random items in ur bag, give u the wrong sizes for orders or just flat out ignore instructions. Uber eats won’t refund you most of the time for the store messing up.
Going inside, management and staff are rude. Very dismissive attitudes like they wish they could be anywhere but there. Should’ve renovated their staffs attitude not just the store.

This place has the worst management I’ve seen in a while and the employees do not care about giving you what you ordered. this is my third time coming in and this chubby kid rudely handed me the wrong thing WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME then when he saw me open the bag he quickly mentioned he’s out of croissants so now I just have to eat the wrong $6 sandwich. I hate that things have gotten so bad that the vibe now is just “whatever at least you got something..” it’s also constantly messy and today there was ice all over the floor with no caution sign. this place is a mess

I sat waiting nearly 30 minutes for my mobile order I ordered in advance for, and missed my bus. They did not put my order in the “mobile order” pickup spot or call my name, and I only found out after asking them. I was in a rush to catch my next bus, and I found out I was missing parts of my order when I was able to check.Please make sure you put orders in the correct spot and call out order numbers or peoples names, it ruined my morning but usually they have good service.
