Great food and great service! They were short staffed but Sean C. did an awesome job! The goat cheese and spinach Gnudi was delicious.
Friendly staff! Great food!
Great food. Friendly bartenders. Tavolo has a nice vibe. I like that the bar is always bustling. It also is in my childhood area. Dorchester is the best.

Tavolo Ristorante offers excellent food and very good service, with an amazing menu of great Italian-American dishes. It's conveniently located near the Ashmont stop on the Red Line, with roll-in wheelchair accessibility at the front door. Parking can be a slight challenge, so arriving early is recommended. Try their authentic spaghetti and meatballs, or enjoy the mussels appetizer with toasted bread. The portions are great and filling, and the ambiance is romantic with dim lighting and candles. Service is very good but can be slow at times. Tavolo also accommodates private parties outside usual hours, offering great beverage choices, including wine and cocktails. Highly recommended for both dine-in and take-out.
