The bakery items are great and usually the cooked food is fine. Occasionally I’ll get an over toasted bagel or missing items. The customer service is really poor. The workers and kids are fine for the most part, but the male and female managers have an intimidating and cocky personality. Don’t expect to get any help if they screw up your order.
I love there coffee and sandwiches but everytime I ask for extra cheese I never get it and it's each time...why pay for extra of it doesn't get put on.
Had my favorite lattes ! But switched from actual caramel sauce to gross clear artificial caramel flavoring 😫😫 please bring back the real stuff
