I just received my order and literally took one bite out of the shrimp scampi and saw not just ONE hair but 4 hairs total smh. I just spoke to "Emily" and when I told her there's hair in my scampi she replied, "it can't be the cooks because they don't have hair" I'm like huh?? And she continued on to say because they are bald""... and mind you they look like long nostril hair or something (see Picture!) Inconsistent pizza. First time getting sicilians it had so much cheese it was falling off, with plenty of sauce, was amazing. Worth the 20 bucks they charge for it. This time I get one and there is a very very thin layer of cheese and barely ANY sauce at all. It was like I paid 20 bucks for some baked bread. Disappointing.

I would normally rave about this place because I really love their food, but I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with them tonight. I ordered food thru the Slice app, and paid with my debit card. So the food gets here and I tip the driver in cash, and am on my way. Next thing I know the driver is back at my house saying I never paid for the food, etc...which I have two receipts for.
