“Always a great experience; when a restaurant is so good that delivery or take out requires some extra time, in this case it’s a good thing! It shows they care about quality. If you need a fast meal there’s always trash fast food… I’ve been a Dudley resident my whole life and remember going to Big Al’s probably 15 years ago, maybe longer. It’s under new ownership but still my go to. Consistency is on point and my personal favorite are the subs. HIGHLY recommend“

They called ahead of time to confirm what we wanted on the salad and I could tell they wanted to make it perfect…and they did! “Ordered a party size pepperoni and couldn't have been more satisfied. The roni slices were thicker than average, I couldn't even see space between them. It was 3 times normal. The sauce was perfect, not too sweet, no mint which some places use. Simple and pure. As far as the dough goes, there were more air pockets than in Joe Bidens brain. I remember this type of dough from my Greek grandmother when she would sit on the floor and beat the mixture in a stainless 30 qrt bowl as she made everything with flour every Sunday to last the week. Truly amazing. The quaint dimly lit interior with few tables reminds me of my fathers small bakery he had in Boston when we came to the country from Greece in the early 70's. Ill be going back.“

“My family did a timed pre order today placed (about 6 hours ahead of time online) for a large group coming from a local bowling alley for a birthday celebration. All 6 pizzas were ready when we got there at our exact time…fresh, hot and delicious! Plenty of paper goods, a nice bright, clean dining area with plenty of seating. “I’m fairly new to the area. I’ve tried every pizza place in the town of Putnam and they’re just okay. Even the broken crust sucks. However I was pleased to try riverside! Pizza is excellent, grinders are excellent and the buffalo chicken egg rolls are kick ass. Definitely recommend!“
