We walked in here to grab dessert after having a nice lunch in downtown Plymouth, and we were greeted by a rude redhead girl. She saw us and asked “what do you want” in a very passive aggressive tone. I have a peanut allergy. When I politely asked if there’s any peanuts at the bakery she said “yes there’s a loooot of peanut butter in the back” in a very condescending manner. Didn’t apologize or anything. My wife was planning on still grabbing something, but as she was choosing she was rudely staring us down waiting for us to order. Wouldn’t go here. Food looked crumby anyway and we dodged a bullet not having to spend a lot of money on “faux French” food

Establishment serves food and drinks with table seating but no restroom... I'm not how they pass inspection with that. There's a sign that says public restrooms in the harbor station but that's also closed for the season.

Winter lunch visitor. Second time here and have left both times with bread and bakery items because it’s not close.Staff friendly and helpful.Food great( I had a buffalo chix wrap)I spent over $50 for lunch (2 people)and take home treats.Cute little place. One can imagine it is very busy in the summer with beach goers. Here’s my only gripe: No bathroom.A sit down establishment with food, coffee and full bakery and no bathroom to wash your hands etc. Strange.I was told I could go to the rotary to use the Dunkin Donuts bathroom.Seriously? One establishment sending bathroom users to another establishment….If they are so concerned about use of the bathroom by non patrons, then have a key code on the door that customers have to ask for and change the code weekly. Also place a sign on the door NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS.Wondering how they skirt this issue, because in Massachusetts (CMR.240) it appears to be required in this type of establishment.

The pastries are delicious, especially the almond croissants! We go most weekends. Today however, we had a terrible experience with a (?I think) manager. She told the customer in front of us "no worries we have more of that pastry out back" and then to us, next in line, who wanted one of the same thing, she said "no we're all out of that" and I said "oh, ok, but you just told the customer in front of us you had more out back..." and she rolled her eyes and said, "well Im going to sell what's in the display first." She was super curt with us when placing the rest of our order. Super uncomfortable experience! Then when we went to pick up our bagged order 2/6 of ordered items were missing. We got back in line and had to interact with her again to get the missing items. She said loudy, to the whole line "well you didn't order those things...so I would have to ring you up AGAIN." Ok. Well we did actually order, and pay for, those items. But ok, ring us up again. I know weekends are busy and Im sure stressful. I get it. Just a really unprofessional interaction. Ruined the experience for us! Might need to find a new weekend spot :)

A real gem. A local treasure. French Memories is a combination French Patisserie, sandwich and coffee shop and cheese shop. The owner is a third generation baker from French and his pastries are many, varies and beautiful to behold. Very busy. Parking right in front. Excellent service. Reasonably priced, high quality. Limited seating indoors. Highly recommended.

The pastries were fabulous, been there a few times from Plymouth, workers were gracious, warm, and friendly. HOWEVER we sat down to eat and the ceiling fan. ( luckily was not on 1/13/23) was coated with thick black dust literally hanging from its wands…….yuke…..if a health inspector every came in they would probably shut them down temporarily as the food counter was very close. Sure hope they fix this asap as the place is a gem.

Got two sandwiches with chicken in it. Wasn't real grilled chicken breast. Very rubbery and gross.
