Place was decked out in holiday spirit with ornaments and trees :) cocktails were delicious! We had the scallops appetizer which was 10/10, burger- also incredible!! Was a little disappointed in the filet ...but overall highly recommend and will go back!
After dining at the Windsor House many times, this was the first occasion I would rate the overall experience as disappointing. While our server Megan was adequate, after her initial check-in and taking our order, she was largely absent for the remainder of the meal. The most concerning issue, however, was being told that the chef did not recommend removing a bacon vinaigrette from a seafood dish—even after I identified myself as a pescatarian. This response was not only dismissive...
Some of the best seafood I've had! The oysters and selection were phenomenal. I had the fish and chips as my main course, and it was hands-down, the best fish and chips across the pond. They had a dry apple cider. That was perfect. My entire party was raving about the meal on our drive back. I would highly recommend anyone stopping and eating there.
