Dang! Dunkin' Donuts at the airport rocks! They've got it down to a science! Super speedy service and their prices are actually quite reasonable. First time I can remember writing a positive review for airport food.

Not far after clearing security there is a Dunkin & it had a pretty long line. I had time so I was ok waiting. However- the staff moved that line so fast! I waited maybe 3-5 minutes total. One staff member would call out to the next person in line to start their order. When it was my turn at the register my drink was made & waiting for me!Clean & organized too.

It's Dunkin. My first meal in the US and it was good. This outlet seems to hold the monopoly on Boston Kremes though - other outlets are always "out".

Your sign says you open at 4:30. If you want to open at 5 just change your sign to say you open at 5. That is all.

Honestly the best experience to-date eating/drinking from DD. The man that took my order just now had one of the best attitudes. Order was accurate, fast and to-temperature. The overall rating of this location at this time isn't consistent with my experience.

Always look forward to my Dunkin in Massachusetts. In terminal B after security had a very disappointing experience. Had been overseas and couldn’t wait for a Dunkin fresh iced tea. The ice tea tasted like it had been sitting in a vat and had that old taste to it. I couldn’t drink it and threw it away. We ordered two bagels and everyone after us was getting their orders. Our order has been misplaced. The bagels were not toasted well and were doughy. The coffee was bitter. Don’t want to see Dunkin slip in the quality we are accustomed to.

This is a review on Dunkin in general. I have diabetes and I have been drinking their drinks because they told me there was no sugar in them. I literally just got a "no there is no sugar" from the man at this location on the matcha latte. Looked it up online and there is 21 grams. Their lack of transparency or training has had an impact on my health and my blood sugar is in the crapper again. Unacceptable behavior from Dunkin.

Boston Cream Donut was very good. I would expect it to in Boston at an East Coast based business. The chocolate yeast frosted were also good. Drink was unsweetened tea it was great after traveling to an area where there was no black iced tea. Over priced like all airport stuff.

Service was quick, food was hot, pricingat an airport, so inflated. Description onsome items are slightly inaccurate. Butoverall decent. Lose 2 stars, 1 obviously is price, 1 cause Boston is a Pepsi onlyairport and we do not drink their stuff.

The gentleman working the register on July 29th at 4pm by gate A9 was very rude and abrupt. I tried to pick up my online order but he wasn’t attentive and didn’t care. He was on his headphone’s talking the entire time. I asked for a maple donut and he basically dropped the bar in front of me. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He needs an attitude check.

A truly awful and worthless operation. Staff ignored us for 12 min before walking up to take our order, then started talking with their coworker before beginning work on a separate order with no acknowledgment of us or when help would arrive. Then they forgot our simple 2 item order, had to be reminded about it, and also shown the receipt. When it did finally come out, each item was burnt. I’d recommend trying the other DD across the terminal.

Placed my one drink order and waited and watched everyone after me get their orders. I took the drink I thought was mine, but the employee said it was someone else’s so he knew I was still waiting. Then he we t back and proceeded to make other orders. He eventually found me and offered to make it.

Very weird and rude people that work at this location. I literally watched the cooks purposely make my food incorrectly multiple times and I made them fix it multiple times until they got it right and it still was put together sloppy. I don’t understand why the cooks of all people gave me such a hard time. Then they basically threw my food at me. I didn’t do anything to them. I guess they’re just jealous and miserable. Make my food right. Period. I paid just like everyone else
