When you put the option to have toasted dark would be nice with follow thru. I would put it at a stretch to even call this toasted.They also just throw the cream cheese in the bag and so not spread. There are no general area tables in terminal A to put your food down to spread. Did not want to use another shops tables as thats just rude.

I only ordered one medium latte and a boston kreme donut. However, when I picked up my order my latte did not have the cold foam I paid extra for nor did it have a straw. In addition, the donut I ordered was thrown in the bag upside down and left that way. Very disappointed.

Yes they were fast but that's about it. I paid extra to add bacon on my Avocado toast and ended up paying extra for barely a piece and a half of bacon. This was my lunch so I asked do I have to pay extra for more and the Dunkin associate said "no, we're only supposed to put 3 pieces" in the most dismissive careless tone ever. If I would've known, I wouldn't have came.

The service off dunking arrivals on terminal A sucks the lady that works there that's marocan does lousy with making coffee, teas, plus gives bad service when you go there to exchange it because your drink wasn't done the right way. I really pushed my luck when I queued up for this airport Dunkin. I had contemplated whether or not I wanted a coffee for my flight for about half an hour, and by the time I decided I did, boarding was about to begin. My gate was right next to this location, but there were about 10 folks ahead of me when I got in line. Nonetheless, the staff here hustled hardcore, and I arrived back to my gate with two boarding groups ahead of me to spare. My medium iced coffee was a nice little treat for the plane, though I was exhausted enough from a busy-busy weekend in Boston that I fully crashed anyway upon arriving home. I also ordered a vanilla frosted donut that was fresh and tasty.

Messed up order twice

Terrible service. F---My niece wanted Avocado Toast w Tomatoes, Everything Bagel Minis, and strawberry donut.As I continue to order the food, I asked for strawberry donut and everything bagel minis. He told me that you can see we didn't have any. With a rude and attitude tone. Okay. It's fine when you are out of a certain product but there is no reason to be rude and have an attitude. Once we got our avocado toast with tomatoes and sat down to eat it. There was no tomatoes on it. I went back and told them that their isn't any tomatoes on it. He started to argue with me, yet again. With an attitude and being rude.It takes me a lot to get mad. This place has done it and no customer service at all. Something needs to be done.
