We were looking for a solid Breakfast spot in east boston , to replace our usual which was Angelas. We were pleasantly surprised by Milanos Breakfast. The lady welcomed us in and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and made sure to prioritize us and whatever we needed. We got 2 Egg Bomb Omelets , I got a side of Steak tips medium cooked and my girlfriend got home fries and a bagel. We were shocked to say the least , really great breakfast and for 40$ less we got a better meal, than we would have if we went to their neighbor Angela’s. So as far as cons, the place is rather small and you cant really invite more than a few people , but this place is great if you’re looking for a nice chill intimate atmosphere.
So 5 star for sure.

All the staff went above and beyond to help me when I called in on my first trip to the states and my last day on the way home to the airport. Chañel was sooo lovely and helpful and so was their delivery guy who actually paid for my meal because I couldn't access my phone for my card, not only was they all super cool and lovely Chañel actually gave me a arincinni ball for a airport snack which was beautiful and so needed. Their generosity and warm welcome was something I've never witnessed before and I have told everyone who will listen, Chañels only response was that I pass on the kindness showed and ask the next person to do the same, Chañel I have done as you said. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNIQUE AND REFRESHED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY ????

I was one of the folks doomed by the Delta computer meltdown this week. I hopped on skymiles iand instantly this location popped up from just around the corner of my hotelm
Exceptional staff who were fantastic and the pizza was outstanding. I would be a regular here if I lived up there. Thank you for my highlight of the week - my best meal.

Authentic. Delicious. Friendly.
Their bakery pizza is sublime. The cappuccino was perfectly made. The chicken salad was spectacular. The veggie breakfast burrito ‘Veggie Bomb’ was beyond words good.
AND the impeccable service made everything that much better.
There is so much there to try, the menu is huge and filled with all manner of deliciousness.

Today, my coworker ordered 3 chicken soups and a rice ball via Uber Eats from Milano's. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The soups were notably acidic, indicating that they were likely old and not freshly made. This is particularly disheartening considering I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, dating back to my days of dodging Dom Savio's school lunches.More than just the financial aspect of this transaction, what truly disappoints me is the apparent disregard for customer satisfaction and health. It feels like a shortcut, a way to save a few bucks at the expense of quality and well-being. In my current state of illness, I sought the comforting warmth of a freshly made soup, but instead, I received a reminder of negligence. This isn't merely about the money spent today; it's about the trust and loyalty built over two decades. It's about the principle of prioritizing customer welfare over short-term gains. In an era abundant with dining options, it's disheartening to witness a longtime favorite succumb to such compromises.Moving forward, I hope Milanos reconsiders its priorities. Honesty and integrity should never be sacrificed for profit margins. A simple acknowledgment of the lack of soup availability or a commitment to freshness would have sufficed. My health, and that of every customer, should always come before desperation for a few extra dollars.Sadly, after today's experience, I can no longer justify investing my time and money into Milanos. It's time to explore the myriad of other options available, where quality and customer satisfaction remain paramount.

This was the best pizza!! OMG. Perfect thin crust, white pizza with garlic and spinach. And as soon as I walked in, the fabulous smell of garlic and I KNEW this would be absolutely awesome. It was.

I can’t believe I lived so close to this place for two years and am just going now! Their Italian Cold Cut sandwich is really good! It has a lot of meat and great bread. It’s an excellent deal for 14 bucks.
Food was amazing and service was delightful. Best Italian spot in East Boston and surrounding areas.

While visiting Boston I was looking for a good Italian sammie. After reading lots of reviews, I settled on Milano's and I'm glad I did! The staff was fantastic, as a chatty midwesterner I always want to talk, but the people of Boston do not. Once they found out I was from out of town they wanted to give me all the food advice, and were absolutely the sweetest. I had the Italian Grande, the Arancini, and a ricotta canoli. The sandwich was probably the best Italian sammie I've ever had, and I think my favorite meal in Boston overall. Just sad I didn't get to grab a sandwich on my way out of town.
