Milano’s absolutely exceeded expectations! The food was delicious and honestly tasted like I was back in Italy. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. I ordered the Sausage Ariano and it was a 10/10… easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.
On top of the amazing food, the service was fast, reliable, and the employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about the customer experience.
Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. Highly recommend!

We dined in May 2nd and had the absolute best experience here! The food was amazing and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The lady that took our order with the glasses we want to give a shout out to her customer service. If you eat here don’t leave without getting a famous espresso it was the best I’ve ever had! Maria was fantastic. I couldn’t immediately go downstairs because I was feeding my infant son so she located a secure spot to place my food for me.

Let me start by saying that the food at Milano's is absolutely amazing!! I was visiting from out of town (Orlando, FL) and found this place close to the hotel where I was staying.
I stopped by just after 10pm Saturday night (11April2026), afraid they might be closing up shop. Instead, they welcomed me with open arms and a menu full of various options to choose from.
Maria walked me through some of their known favorites, and I settled on a slice of their Bakery Slice (think of a Sicilian style square slice drizzled in Olive oil, with their house-made Marinara sauce, and sprinkled with Romano cheese). I got one traditional slice and another slice with Mozzarella cheese added (apologies for the picture, it looked so good that I had to take few bites before snapping the photo). Both were incredibly delicious!
I was also craving a typical cheesesteak sub and Maria convinced me to try their Steak Bomb sandwich (a cheesesteak combined with salami, sautéed onions, mushrooms, peppers, and melted white American cheese). Boy, am I glad I listened to her!! This sub was not only massive and delicious.... it was literally the best freakin' sandwich I've ever eaten! Thank you, Maria!!!
If you happen to find yourself in the East Boston area (or anywhere near Boston for that matter), you HAVE to stop by Milano's Delicatessen to try their food. Great service, Great food, Great prices! What else could you ask for??
