Food was absolutely amazing. As a Caucasian woman I was ignored. I don’t speak Spanish but I love everyone. My order was not correct and it was not well received, with management telling me they personally made my order, however it never made it into my bag. That’s unfortunate because they make divine chicken and beans. I make a point to treat others as I want to be treated. I acknowledge everyone no matter what they look like. Wish it was like that there. Left in tears...
The food is always amazing, delicious, and fresh. Definitely my number 1 choice when eating out. Don't even get me started on the service, I have no complaints. Overall this is one of the best pollo campero I've been to everything is always great, you can tell they're very attentive and keep the restaurant very clean.
The cashier was very kind, was in a good mood which is not usual for high traffic restaurants, knew the menu by heart...Great client care, keep it up!
