Captain Cone is one of the Capes best ice cream spots. Lots of parking, both there and next door. The owner and his son serve top-notch flavors with a wonderful personal flair. They take great pride in their product and service. Super cute seating area with little fairy lights. Our favorite and love that there's no ridiculous wait times like most others have. Their Toasted Coconut and Banana Cream Pie flavors are outstanding! Best kept secret on the Cape :)
This is a typical ice cream stand. You walk up to the window to place your order. There are a lot of flavors! We ordered salted caramel and wild Maine blueberry ice cream. Both were delicious and served quickly. There are a few metal tables and chairs in the parking lot. We just ate in our car.
Been to this location a couple times over the years, and it's always been a pleasure. Staff is kind, and has always been a good mood. The ice cream is delicious, and there is a small sitting area beside the building. I will definitey be returning in the future when I need a sweet treat.
