I live just a few blocks from Moto and order from them regularly to support local, but almost every experience comes with an issue. One time I wait over an hour and a half for a pizza, even though the place isn’t busy. Tonight’s order is late, undercooked, and missing most of the toppings.
The service is consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, the staff forgets our order, and when I check in, it feels like I’m bothering them just by asking for food.
I usually do takeout. Even when I order onsite, the atmosphere isn’t much better. The space often feels disorganized and messy, and it’s not just during the summer—it’s a constant.
I’ve really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but the quality and service continue to fall short. While some of the pizza flavors are genuinely good, I can’t recommend Moto based on how unreliable the experience is.

This place has really gone down hill the last two times I’ve ordered from here my pizza has been under cooked and the other time the cheese and toppings slide right off the slice. I don’t understand how you can make pizza taste so bad such a shame will never order from them again

Food is good but always consistently late. Came in when my pizza was supposed to be ready but found out it wasn’t started as ~3 people came in before me that received wrong orders. Food is great but service has been iffy in my experience

Greatvlittle spot. Pizza was phenomenal, service was great, lots of good craft beers, and a really cool setting. My wife and I stopped in because everything was closed, and we loved it!

FAVORITE PIZZA in Falmouth/Mashpee! The Del Grossos are so nice and passionate about what they do, making dough the right way! Sometimes though I just go for the great beer draft list and Saturday music nights- fun atmosphere

Love the theme, the location, atmosphere & the fact that I can get vegan cheese on my pizza! The crust is always perfect. The servers/cashiers can be a little, "short" or "snippy", without cause, just seems the way they are? Feels like you are putting them out asking a question. We have been there several times & is been that way each time, with different people. They do eventually chill out & their more personable side appears. I think people who make a living on tips should know, people tip based on service. We may always make sure, no matter how bad the service is, to still tip a minimum-but- we appreciate GOOD service & DO TIP ACCORDINGLY. So, servers, etc.- you are only cheating yourselves by not putting your best out there.
Vegetarian options: They have vegan cheese. & a vegetarian pizza & it tastes great!
Parking: In the back & a couple of spots in the front. There is no sign on the front to say there is additionsl parking in the back- we figured out or by accident.

I use to work At this job and I’ve seen a lot of angry customers leave because the manager of the place act unprofessional. Not only do they act unprofessional the employees especially Shebly act like they don’t want to be working there they give lot lots of customers attitude just because they don’t want to work there anyway tho the food is solid 5/10
