They really prioritize variety with their deli, grocery, and daily specials! Love seeing all the vegetarian options and lots of different NA / de-alcoholized choices in the package store area
Sam's Deli Experience
Beware if you have allergies!!!! Here year round and go often, and have been for over 20yrs. Used to love this place and now the workers are are liars and disrespectful. Ordered a sandwich gf and with no cheese. I gave it back as there was cheese on my sandwich. He went to the girl who made it and told me there was no cheese on my sandwich. I then in-turn, showed him the string of cheese. He said it's the Mayo. It clearly was not. Doesn't apologize...read full review
Best sandwiches by far. Their chicken pot pie is absolutely amazing. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Great place.

Sam's Deli & Market is a seasonal spot where customers literally scream for joy when it opens. The vegetarian build-your-own sandwich is always perfect. Service is excellent, though they are hopping at lunch time. The turkey and cheese panini is good, and the sesame seed bagel, peach pie, and roasted vegetable, chic peas, feta with dill salad are all exceptional. One of the best beach sandwiches, the Italian sub lasts for two days of beach lunch, with excellent chocolate chip cookies and quick preparation. Sandwiches are made-to-order, and salads are really good. Prices are on the high side, but all foods are high price, high quality brands. This is the place to go in Eastham or Welfleet area for a quick bite or breakfast stuff. The staff are competent and friendly young kids. The sandwiches are legit, and having beer and wine in the same space is clutch. The BLT adds provolone and honey mustard—trust them. Bonus points for Black Sabbath playing at a reasonable volume in the open prep space. The honey lemonade was called "the win of the day."
