I don't normally assign 5 stars to something, but it was a great experience. The food was fantastic, great balance in seasoning and everything was well prepared and cooked well. The serve was on point and food came out so quickly. Great cocktails, and a nice cozy restaurant environment. My only complaint is that I couldn't buy a bag of the furikake Chex mix

Chose the fried chicken, which tasted great. Coleslaw was not sweet and very good. I liked this recipe! Two levels: ground floor and downstairs, with more of a party ambiance. Cod and tomato stew is great too!

Everyone says their fried chicken is fantastic, and it is. The house salad was also hearty and delicious. Sat in the bar area and had a lovely server. Cocktails were spot on, wine list was good, the soup was beautiful and delicious. My only complaint is the brief menu. Just one of the three main dishes appealed to me, and there was no vegetarian entree, so that will likely limit how often I come back. Otherwise, a lovely evening meal.

Showed up 1 hour early to our reservation and asked to be seated at the restaurant section that had one table occupied. The maitre d has an attitude problem as we were informed we could only sit at the bar.

Warm / relaxed atmosphere with absolutely delicious, fresh food and drinks. Everything on the menu is creative and well thought out. We left feeling happy and full. Totally recommend!!
Arrived just as the restaurant opened. Only 1 other single patron in place. Service was slow. Observed wait staff standing around and talking a great deal. Buttermilk chicken dish was tasty but overpriced for the amount of food on plate. Was very surprised by the extra charge on bill for"back of restaurant " charge. Have been to other local restaurants with better quality food and service. Galaxy, Nini's, Glendale Grille much better.

Went for an impromptu dinner on a Friday night. The food was excellent, wait staff were the most personable and lovely humans. This restaurant is a blessing. Also the pork and polenta was out of this world! Highly recommended ?
