I think Computer Works in Easthampton, MA is still a bit of a secret. What great folks! I've needed their assist a number of time over the past four - five or so years. It's soooo hard to be without our machines these days, and as a writer, etc., being without my Mac hits hard. Computer Works can take my malfunctioning machine in the morning and 9 times out of 10 have it back to me the same day. Absolutely wonderful cusomer service. The people there truly treat the customers like family. Wothwhile just to take a break and go there and feel good for a little while if you need it. :-)
