Chez and VJ are amazing assets to this Dunks location. Always remember your order and have waiting for you as you walk in. This location runs like a well oiled machine, employees always present and busy and happily interacting with customers.

So my $1000 Gaming laptop technically "works" now but my external GPU housing that goes with it is useless and will not work with the laptop. The software required for the GPU simply does not accept my laptop after it's time at Computer Works.Geeksquad or your computer's manufacturer is a much better option. They might warn you BEFORE they void manufacturer warrenties...

I think Computer Works in Easthampton, MA is still a bit of a secret. What great folks! I've needed their assist a number of time over the past four - five or so years. It's soooo hard to be without our machines these days, and as a writer, etc., being without my Mac hits hard. Computer Works can take my malfunctioning machine in the morning and 9 times out of 10 have it back to me the same day. They have an option to pay for expedited repair which I've always used and is very affordable. Knowledgeable, patient, and generous people. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful cusomer service. The people there truly treat the customers like family. Wothwhile just to take a break and go there and feel good for a little while if you need it. :-)

Very cute place. Good cold brew coffee. Serves breakfast and lunch food; bagels are from Tandem!! Nice staff, friendly customers. They also sell looseleaf tea and ground coffee. Reasonable prices, good parking, nice seating arrangement, including a countertop lined with outlets and the WiFi password for you to bring your laptop and do some work!

skip DD and head to Computer Works Cafe! Show a Veteran some love and support a local business! Get out of the drive through at DD and meet some nice folks! Bacon egg and cheese bagel was delicious. s-p-a-c-i-o-u-s dining area.
