I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from Domino's recently. After multiple delivery orders, it has become glaringly apparent that the quality of my orders dramatically declined only when I chose not to tip. This is not just a coincidence; it reeks of intentional negligence and unprofessionalism.

On several occasions, my pizza was either incorrect or of embarrassingly poor quality. When I reached out to customer service, their idea of compensation was to offer me a soda. A soda? For a messed up pizza order? This is beyond unacceptable. Also, when i order sauces with my food, i never receive it.

Moreover, when I requested a replacement for the botched order, I was told it was "too expensive" and that I could only get a soda as compensation. This is an outrageous excuse and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I paid for a specific product and did not receive it, yet the store refused to correct their mistake properly.

To add insult to injury, the fact that these errors only occurred when I didn't tip strongly suggests that the drivers and staff are retaliating against non-tippers by deliberately messing up orders. This is not only unethical but also a clear violation of basic customer service principles.

I reached out to the local store, spoke to managers, and even tried contacting corporate, yet received no satisfactory resolution. This level of service is beyond disgraceful and shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

I am extremely disappointed. I urge others to be cautious and consider alternative pizza providers who actually value their customers and uphold basic standards of service.

Update, one week later, ordered again and pizza wasn't even cut. Additionally, if Domino's is going to employ delivery drivers to make pizzas, they should train them properly to do it right. I consistently order the buffalo chicken pizza, and most of the time, they put way too much hot sauce on it. I open the pizza, and it’s just all liquid. I've called about this many times, making sure it doesn’t happen, but I shouldn't have to keep calling every single time. This is a fundamental aspect of the service that needs urgent attention.

The pizza was to doughy. Not enough sauce. No flavor. Took it back was told had to order extra sauce to have enough on . Manager said he personally made it himself and this time plenty sauce. But still no flavor. Still way to doughy. I knew he gave it to me to quick to be done. You could actually pull the dough off from under the cheese to make another pizza. Yuck. It's in the backyard hoping the animals at night will enjoy it. As for us. Never again from there. Stay with a real pizza parlor and get real pizza. Very disappointed.

Placed an order on their site. The driver was 5 minutes away we get a call from the driver saying we were too far out of range and he would have to bring it back. So wasted two pizzas. And then when we call the story the manager is a complete tool, and when we say we have been waiting an hour and got that call that they weren't going to deliver. He gave no option for a credit for THEIR mess up. I will never be giving this location business.

I would try and avoid this location. Ordered from them twice now. The first time they said they're driver ran out of gas and I had to come get it. That's fine. Really not a big deal. Things happen. The second, most recent time, my order took OVER two hours to arrive. I called around an hour and a half in and the guy told me straight up "I'm the only one handling the phones, counter, and cooking and we only have two drivers". So at the end of the day, it's not there fault if you ask me. Who ever is running this place needs to get some more staff so his current staff isn't being overworked and harassed by hungry people every single night. It's just depressing and I'm most likely not ordering from this location ever again or at least not for a long time.

We went to get a pizza because nothing else was open at midnight on a Saturday and we went in and were met with the nicest and most attentive staff member, Demetrius I think his name was (we asked because he provided such a great experience) and he made us a pizza quickly and served it with a smile! We will be back and order from dominos more often!

First time ordering at this location. Terrible! Ordered bacon & cheese tator tots....overcooked & crunchy. Also ordered chicken Alfredo bowl and there was more pasta WITHOUT sauce than with and EIGHT yes 8 small chunks of chicken. Pizza was Great. Just a shame that our dinner was JUST pizza. ?
