Was really underwhelmed with this spot.I ordered the pork shoulder. While plated nicely, it was topped with a glob of ground mustard that just dominated the whole dish, really weird choice. After scraping that off, the pork itself was pretty dry and flavorless. The grits on the side were soupy and tasteless as well. My partner got the tofu and wasn't very happy with it as well. The staff was overall friendly. For an $80 meal for two I can't justify going back.
We had a family get together here and were very surprised about the quality of the food in this small town restaurant. It shows the quality of time spent to craft and curate a good selection of dishes that caters to almost any type of gathering.
We LOVE Galaxy!!! The food never disappoints and is fantastic. The staff is great, and it is a very comfortable restaurant to be in. Outdoor seating is perfect in warm weather.
