Stopped and used the app but I ordered a medium fry for $4.19 plus tax...I asked if they were fresh because for that kind of money they should be hot and fresh. The actual manager they were cooked just a short time ago. They were cool and chewy. She lied. I won't but fries again but there was no reason to lie. I had already paid for them. I was asking to be prepared for the worse. I got the worse. With inflation and the high cost of their food now, they need to put out a better result.

I ordered from this McDonald’s from DoorDash and for some reason it didn’t let me review the store. I had to come here to say how amazing this order was. Everything was correct and cooked perfectly. The fries were even crispy! Kudos to this McDonald’s team!

We live in Florence but rather then going to the Northampton one we opt to go to Easthampton. Never been disappointed. I felt inclined to leave a review today because one of the employees turned in my wallet I left there . Not only was all my money and cards still in my wallet , they were very kind about the whole thing . I left them with 100 dollars to split amongst themselves. Well done Easthampton McDonald’s!

Personality of some employees are uncomfortable and I know of a few people that work there that make up for the ones who seem to hate their job and projected to the customers. I've had food I was cold at what time I got a chicken crispy and it was not cooked all the way so that was kind of scary and they're soda machine barely put any ice it always seems to be broke or having issues

My husband and I had our first encounter with what we call "fancy McDonald's". Our order came out fast, food was correct and tasty, but the real draw for us is how "fancy" the inside of this place is. We just want to come back to eat inside, I mean, it's definitely the coolest inside of a McDonald's I've ever seen.

Great service, the skinny guy at the counter was helping someone else when I got in there but he sped through the line and didn’t mess up any orders. Real legend. Also they made our meals really quickly and again didn’t mess up the prep at all. Highly recommend.
