This place was bustling Saturday morning at 11:30 when I stopped in for brunch with a good friend. Even though we sat at the window it was difficult for me to hear (due to background noise from the other diners) my buddy who was right next to me. Should have worn my hearing aids!
Food was great and plentiful. We both had eggs hash home fries and toast. He had Sunny Side up, with white toast, I had scrambled with rye toast. Our server came by often for coffee refills.

A must stop whenever I'm passing through Easthampton. It's an easy going restaurant where I can get coffee, eggs, and toast without any fuss or fanfare. The staff are wonderful and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

We had a great breakfast here on Friday, with quick, friendly service. It was packed, and we didn't hold out much hope for getting served quickly, but it was amazing. Nice buzz to the place, and the staff were wonderful. My other half is a corned beef hash connoisseur and he pronounced this excellent.

I always look forward to a chance to eat at the Silver Spoon for breakfast. It's the slabs of brisket. I either get it as a side if I want to have it with foods that are not part of the breakfast combination, or I dive into the breakfast combination with great gusto. The service is always friendly and helpful, even when they are busy. The dining room is unpretentious and there are also tables out front in warm weather. The brisket's corned beef and the hash they make with it sets a very high bar. I haven't had any as good in the region. I'm sad that it's rare to get brisket in the Valley outside the bbq joints, but I'm very happy it's available at the Silver Spoon - and it's soooooo good.
I've had two really good breakfast meals here recently :) The atmosphere is cozy and waitstaff great!
