Got there at sunset! Fantastic view, and my meal was EXCELLENT! I think I can get two more meals out of the leftovers! 🤤😋

Tavern On the Hill offers a great dining experience with a fantastic atmosphere and outstanding barbecue. The restaurant serves smoked delights, including smoked wings and BBQ chicken, which are highly recommended. The brisket is amazingly tender and tasty with a heavenly bit of fat. The outdoor dining deck provides stunning views of the Killer Sunset with a backdrop of mountains, making it a perfect spot for enjoying the scenery. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant visit. The menu features hearty, spectacular portions, such as the smoked turkey and brisket, which are flavorful, tender, and moist. Every side they offer is special, like the excellent creamy crunchy Cole slaw, Mac n’ cheese made with Cheddar, and impossibly good Pit beans. They accommodate dietary restrictions, including gluten-free options. With reasonable prices and a cozy atmosphere, it is a wonderful restaurant and a great spot to visit and return to for date nights or casual meals.
