I decided to wait a day until I had a chance before leaving a review. I went into the restaurant yesterday and was the only customer alone with 3 employees. I ordered a ham and cheese sub and had 2 requests. I wanted it NOT toasted and cut into 3 pieces. The order was repeated to me and confirmed cut into 3 pieces and not toasted. I explained how I would be fishing the following day and if its cut into 3 pieces if would fit into a quart size bag. I didnt want if toasted as the bread wouldn't be the same the following day. Well, guess how my sandwich was made. Toasted.. The cheese was melted and everything was warm. After being put in refrigerator for the night and then in a cooler for the morning, the bread was hard and chewy. It was horrible and over half of it was fed to the fishes. Very disappointed 😞

I asked for a pepperoni pizza and I got a pepper and onion pizza… their excuse was the guy at the register doesn’t speak English… I don’t care if you speak English or not but if you don’t then why are you working the register? Waited wayyyy too long for something so overly simple because of a misunderstanding that could’ve been easily avoided. It was my first time there too and I’ll never be back

I am old enough to remember when bill’s was on Sullivan ave, across the street, think early 1990s. Having said that bills food right now is the best it’s ever been. If you’re a meat eater their chicken is amazing, especially in the Greek salad. That’s my go-to. It’s a great portion size and has never let me down. I also like the pesto pizza quite a bit.
Areas for improvement: They’re a Pepsi place though which kills me bc I am a dietcokehead. Sometimes they have Hawaiian Punch sometimes so that will make my day. I do wish their buffalo chicken pizza was with breaded chicken instead of grilled. The eat in area is small and not totally thrilling but it’s always been clean! Maybe some cool paint? Wallpaper? Local art? Any art?
The staff is so nice and super appreciative of their customers. Never had an order messed up and I feel confident that they’d fix it if I did.
Bills is kind of an institution to me, having been around for as long as I can remember. When I’m telling you right now they’re peak, trust me.

So disappointed. Got charged $1 for my chicken to be on the side without telling me? Plus the $1 sauces? Then the guy tells me it’s $33 total first then calls me back again saying it’s $36 and that bc I live seven miles, it’s more than their six mile limit and to come pick up my food? The order was placed at 1:12 and the ticket was printed at 1:52 that’s 40 minute wait for an overpriced salad and chicken wings. They didn’t come until 2:11 so waited one whole hour to be disappointed plus the guy on the phone was rude giving me an attitude. Will bring my business elsewhere
Bills House of Pizza, if I didnt live so far I would eat there a few times a week. The food is great. My favorite is Philly Cheese Steak Pizza. This is a really nice family owned business. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Joe. I also met his son Andrew. They are the nicest bunch of people I have ever met. Do go and visit Bill's and try their food and meet these nice people!

I love Bill’s! They continue to serve the classics we love with the friendliness that you love out of a neighborhood spot. The grilled chicken on the Greek salad is seasoned perfectly. They are so nice to my toddler. Love it - all around!
