There is no reason why this place should not have a Michelin Star. The food is exquisit, the chef knows exactly what he is doing and what he wants to achieve. Throughly recommend visiting and enjoying. The Bluefish Pate is something you’d really like to try.
With Gluten Free options!
The place is quite cool, they sat us next to some people who were shouting a lot, and we asked to be moved. The waitress Althea was super friendly and changed our table to a quieter one, and then she took great care of us.
I had several gluten-free options, they already told me they were careful with cross contamination, so a celiac can eat without a problem.
We ordered lobster salad, main course...

Just had an absolutely lovely evening at CK Pearl. I am often on the lookout for a combination of excellent food without pretense, beautiful views without premium prices, and service that doesn’t feel stiff. Our server felt like an old friend. She was so genuine and down to earth, and the food was just outstanding. We were so lucky to be seated by the windows overlooking Essex salt marshes, which are so gorgeous. To say I’d recommend CK Pearl feels like an understatement....
