I love Dunkin. I go there too much. Everywhere I go in Massachusetts there's a Dunkin donuts. Honestly the coffee and donuts are usually mediocre. But the sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin I get is pretty darn good. The edges are crispy and fatty on the sausage.
Service was very good asked for 4 shot of French vanilla and 4 shot of cream coffee was made perfect the help was very nice and cheery the place was very clean I have a Dunkin' right down the street from me but it isn't good I go to this one because everything is fresh

People who works here might be on drugs or something.Asked for a sandwich which goes only 3 items, asked to remove one item (mentioned twice) even when they were making. Still, added the third item.I find already there expensive more than 5 dollars such a small and cheap sandwich of a franchise and why be disposed so easily because the sandwich made wrong went to the trash. They are in another world. Plus the lack of hygiene of employees.
