Essex is truly lucky to have Googans! I work right around the corner and it is wonderful having a go to spot for lunch or a mid week bakery treat. My office loves their brownies and most recently their amazing chicken pot pie pasta as well as their carrot cake donuts.

Staying with family over the holidays we happened across Googans Galley and stopped in to have a lovely brunch. Great staff and such a pretty part of Essex. Highly recommended!

Googan's has become a regular stop for my daily coffee fix but their baked goods are not to be missed. We swung by to prep for a family Thanksgiving event and took a huge position in their cookies, brownies, pumpkin loaves and those incredible homemade pop-tarts. Every morsel was divine and we're already getting requests to replicate a Googan's dessert platter at other gatherings. We are so lucky to have this woman owned small business in our community and urge everyone to swing by whether for breakfast, coffee, a sweet snack, boat/beach picnics or their marvelous salads and sandwiches. So so good!

We were in the area and stopped in here for coffee and a quick bite. The homemade muffins are amazing!! Plus, the staff was very friendly and the place is very cozy and comfortable. I wish I lived closer so we could make this our regular hang out!
Everything about this place was amazing! I stopped in for a sandwich and left with even more! A few delicious baked goods and some fun stuff from the pantry! I’ll definitely be back!
