The restaurant was clean, the decor was pleasing, and the food was amazing. I had the seasonal risotto, with chicken added. The person I was with ordered the fisherman's pie and enjoyed it so much they wanted to go back the next day.

Went to this bar on a night when there was live music. I was having a fun night with my siblings. The owner said the table next to us complained we were too loud. We were literally in a bar at 8pm with live music being criticized for laughing. Don’t come to this establishment if you intend to enjoy yourself.

We have passed this place several times and today we decided to give it a try. We are Glad we did. The atmosphere is Irish Pub. The staff are so nice and helpful and checked on us to make sure everything was ok. The burger was cooked to perfection and the Pub Salad was excellent. We will be back for sure!

ribs seemed dry as if cooked at least a day before and then warmed. Mixed drink the pour was on the light side.

Just had the worse Ruben sandwich, it was grilled cheese with chopped corn beef with coleslaw.
It was served with French fries, all for $16, a big rip off.

We always love coming here! Highlights include the fish and chips, curry fries, smash burger, Irish nachos, the go on go on, the Sunday roast, and the sticky toffee carrot cake.
Thanks to Kelly and the entire team for always being so welcoming and helpful!

We had a fabulous evening dinner at The James! We sat on the patio on a warm summer evening, and it was lovely. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful; service is attentive and nicely paced, and the food is fabulous. We've been here a few times and always left full and happy! BTW, the risotto is absolutely delicious - I hope they bring back the wild mushroom risotto for winter - it's the best around! Drinks are good - menu is wide ranging for all tastes. One of our new favorite local places!

Went for dinner with my wife. Ordered the chowder to start. It was good, but we got about 4 bites in and our entrees were delivered, so we put the chowder aside. She got a salad that she liked. I got the baked haddock. The fish was ok. The vegetables were ice cold.

Just go, you won’t regret it. You get treated like family when you walk in. Lots of seating, two different amazing people were at our table within minutes for a drink order. After getting our meals, we were checked on three times, again by different people. These guys know how to run a restaurant. Oh and food was great. We left, I complimented the hostess for the hospitality; she asked me my name, introduced herself and shook my hand! Again; just go!! If you regret it, you can come back here and yell at me!!
