“I liked Champions Cafe but have to say it is definitely a "hole in the wall" style joint. The service was very friendly (they had a really beautiful, nice girl tending the bar so I'm partial) and although it reminded me of a similar style bar in Everett down the street that pissed me off (I'm not naming names) it was much quieter and seemed to cater to the younger crowd rather than just in your face townies with their whiskey and cigarette breath. I would return and seeing as I can walk there from my house I will do so soon.“
“If you haven't tried this place, go do so. Amazing food.? We tried the pupusas revueltas, salvadoran pastelitos, super nachos, salvadoran chicharones and fried yuca and the spicy curtido?? i also ordered a drink called the Mongolian M************ and it sure was? we got so full, we got sleepy (i knocked out in the car) we didn't even get to do karaoke ??? It is a small intimate place, great for a chill night. Will visit again.“
“Was in the area snd happened upon this place. What a delightful experience. It has a sports bar atmosphere with tvs and darts. Got the flaming chorizo which comes on the traditional Portuguese grill/dish on fire. It was fatty and delicious. The cipranha drinks were amazing. The yucca fries, the potato skins were house made and delicious. The chicken tenders mozzarella sticks and rings come from a bag but it’s ok. Bbq sauce is baby rays which is terrible but honey mustard and marinara was ok. Overall delicious and can’t wait to go back.“
“American Chop Suey/Goulash. The thing of stoner dreams. Absolutely divine, comforting, and I didn’t talk but once while eating this, lol. All I kept saying was, “mmmm” and grinning. Haha. Most excellent. Keep up the delicious work! ??????“
“This is the place to be if you're into a Latino atmosphere in the greater Boston area. If you wanna dance reggae-tone or salsa or bachata, this is your place to be. Great turn out everyday I'm A regular here and the food is fantastic, my buddies come here every weekend with me and we plan on going again this weekend. We truly live a rumores lifestyle and we wouldn't have it any other way. We are their so often we get called "los gringos de rumores" no idea what that means but it's cool to feel welcomed by a new culture. Save your time and money and avoid Boston by coming to one of the best Latin bars this area of Boston has to offer.“
“I really love unwinding at El Porto Somerville in Union Square. The service is perfect for the laid back atmosphere. No rush, no hurry, sit back and enjoy. We need more of this in Boston.El Potro Somerville perfects the get away from home vibe.“
“I love this place. My friends introduced it to me when I first moved to the area and my husband, son, and I have been going ever since. They do dollar oysters every day until 5:30pm, which is hard to find these days. It's the best deal in town! We also love the poutine and there's usually a few great local/seasonal beers on draft. Great atmosphere and the guys who work here are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Highly recommend!“
“I ordered the smokehouse, no cheese & substituted bbq for the k sauce. Literally the best burger I've ever had. Cooked to perfection. The k fries were a little over seasoned for my taste but they were still great. Chile lime seasoning I think but unconfirmed. Server was great as well. The inside was clean and welcoming.“
“Audubon is a special place- staff are amazingly kind and knowledgeable. Food and drink menu is small but well curated and changed for each season. They even have a back patio for if the weather is nice. You can't go wrong if you need a bite to eat or a drink and you're in the area!“
“The dark dingy vibes with loud music are honestly not for me, but it’s a popular and crowded place. Drinks are priced reasonably, and service is also good. The interiors are exposed brick, and low lighting, which gives it a very rustic feel, and reflects how historic Boston is. Dont know if I would go here for dinner, but definitely a nice place to grab a drink. Saw many people here on dinner dates, having candlelight dinner. Don’t forget to read their law and order section on the menu for entertainment.“
“Visiting from overseas and found this cracking neighbourhood pub. Service very efficient and friendly. Food was also really good - the special fries were delicious - and a great pint of guinness. Brilliant atmosphere to cap it all off. Well done guys.“
“Been to Raso's countless times and will continue to do so. It is bustling every night of the week. Perhaps the packed bar is in part due to their broad martini menu (haven't tried a bad one yet). But everything about it is exactly what you want for an easy-going Italian restaurant in Medford. The vibe is comfortable - a friendly crew of staff who will happily recognize regulars, always good tunes in the background at a respectable volume, nice decor but no frills. Parking lot is small and cramped. In the evening, people tend to take their chances and park in the right lane of Mystic Ave, since the lot fills up. Now that I've explained how Raso's passes the vibe check, and implied that you could simply have the time of your life consuming their martinis and nothing else, I'd also like to complement the food. We get the grilled artichoke appetizer every time (sometimes two or three orders of it) and it is fantastically tender, with a light lemony dressing over a bed of greens. We clear the plate every time. Before Raso's, I never gave artichokes a second thought, but now I dream of them. Have legitimately called in a to-go order of just the artichokes. Anyways, great arancini as well, great pasta and seafood dishes, and you can order a breaded chicken cutlet with most entrees, which is nice and crispy, but also huge, so be warned. They're always trying new things with the pizza too - classic kind of crust with a tiny char on the edge. They even have some real Italian desserts, like Spumoni! Some people will say the food is average. I say, if you're looking for some kind of revolutionary experience, you're simply in the wrong place. Raso's experiments within the bounds of a classic Italian-American menu, they do it with class, and the staff are genuine. My humble suggestion is that they don't change a thing. Vivi il Raso's.“
“I often come to Liberty for great food, breakfast, or lunch, and it doesn't matter. The cook Germaine is the best!! You must try the fish nuggets, and if you're luv in the days that they offer the macaroni salad, try it!! The service is great as well and friendly environment.“
“Great neighborhood bar for a beer and some eats with friends. Reasonably priced and really excellent service. It can get loud when it's full, but the windows overlooking the street make it an overall inviting and comfortable spot. Definitely recommended.“
“Highly recommended!! It's absolutely delicious and great value for money. All servers are friendlyIt's a restaurant that locals go to, so the atmosphere is nice and warm.I want to come again, but it's a shame it doesn't fit the tourist route.Be sure to visit if you are nearby. We ordered a combo with the Sea Point special pizza, so the three of us ate our fill and took out 2 slices of pizza.“
“Great Irish Bar! We stopped on our way back from seeing the Queen concert at TD Gardens. It was late so the kitchen had closed. We're not from the Boston area, but we felt really welcomed. Live music had left, but the music on playtunes was great! The bartender, was so friendly. My only regret is that this bar isn't where we live. When we come back to Somerville, Sally O'Brien's is a warm & friendly bar. A must stop! Thank you.“
“Ive been a client of this bar for 30yrs? -One word.. pastrami.. Their pastrami melt is out of this world.. All the food is fresh and really good actually.... Great cliental, amazing staff.. They have improved tremendously this past year.. . My only beef if that you can NOT expect to get a cocktail past 12:25am.. Im quite sure its NOT the bartenders fault.. Is what it is.. After 30 plus years of loyal patronage I still love the place.. Its a classic, huge square bar with excellent service.. What more can you ask for.. A legacy Rozzi bar.. ??“
“The atmosphere is very cozy and tight knit, with the good lighting and comically large selection of beers this place is awesome for anyone wanting to sit down and have a pint. Met a cool regular my first time in and he recommended me and my buddy try the steak bomb, non-frozen chicken tenders, and one of the burgers. We did just that. As a southern man, fried chicken runs in me veins. The chicken here nearly made me shed tears. Probably some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. Got the double barbecue bacon burger, easily top four or top three burgers I’ve eaten. The steak bomb is delicious too. The portions are large considering the price. I grant the title of southern certified ™ eatin’s.“
“Went on the weekend for brunch. Called ahead for reservations. When we arrived, most of the tables had reservation signs. Filled up as we were there. They have a good size bar as overflow seating but no bartender on duty, just regular wait staff. Reservations are a good idea. The Corned Beef Hash Benny was great. You get a choice of English Muffins or Hash Browns. I got it on the Hash Browns. It's different but delicious. The odd thing is that you get home fries, too. Potato everywhere. Maybe with Hash Browns, you could have a non-potato side?Parking: They don't have their own parking lot. But if you look on their website, they show at least 3 parking lots very close by that allow Brickhouse Cafe customers to park for free.“
“I LOVE KRAVE! This amazing hidden gem has it all. A mixed menu of absolutely delicious everything that has something for everyone! The staff is amazingly friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed, great for any occasion, and the beautiful bar is perfect to grab a drink with friends or to hang out for the game.Tonight I enjoyed the buffalo cauliflower app, which was absolutely amazing. The rosemary and garlic salmon which was perfectly cooked, and the cookie sundae which was the perfect ending to a perfect meal.If you’re looking for an amazing experience and a spectacular meal, I would highly recommend stopping by Krave!“
“Ideal spot if you’re looking for somewhere that’s still open late on a weekend. We went in and we’re pleased to see it open and also lively. The decor is fun and staff were nice. Slightly expensive for what you get but pleased to continue our night out here.“
“Had an amazing experience here. Hosted a corporate event with over 450 people. The entire staff had it together from the jump. So well planned out for the number of people we had and the manager (Megan) and supporting staff was absolutely amazing throughout the entirety of the event. Overall such a great experience from booking to planning to execution. Would absolutely recommend! Our guests had a blast here!“
“Delicious! Hadn’t been in person since pre-COVID and finally made it out to Branchline tonight. I didn’t realize how much I missed the chicken until I had it again tonight. The sides were amazing and service great, too. Will be back again soon. Thanks, Branchline!“
“Excellent food, that's the key. Pricing a few dollars higher than most local "pubs" but lower than most nice restaurants around.... and this food was BETTER. Also good beer list... and they know how to pour Guinness properly. Service was perfect too. This was our first time , but we're coming back often.“
“Friendship BBQ is my go-to spot for mouthwatering barbecue in Boston. The food here never disappoints. The brisket is tender, and the sauces are a flavor explosion. Quick service and affordable prices make it even better. I keep coming back for more!“
“Friendly staff, including folks I know from High School, relaxed atmosphere, and tasty pub food. Highly recommend the BLT plate, and their Burgers are delicious. Definitely get their sweet potato fries, those things are addictive. Can be a bit busy at times, but it’s a down to earth local bar/pub. Good for a night with that family, or watching the Pats. They also have a large variety of drinks and spirits. And they will occasionally have live music on the weekends (local bands)Kid-friendliness: I see a lot of families come in for lunch on the weekends. Pretty chill place for families, and staff our friendly.“
“This bar is a true standout in the city's nightlife. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The bartenders are true masters of their craft, mixing cocktails that are both innovative and delicious. The drink menu is a journey of flavors, offering a variety of options that cater to different tastes. The attention to detail, from the presentation to the taste, is remarkable. Whether you're a cocktail enthusiast or a casual drinker, this bar is a must-visit for a memorable night out.“
“Bartender was also the waitress.I have 2 complaints.Ordered onion rings and got fries.Thought maybe I didn't order them.Ask my son and my friend they said I did.Thought bartender/waitress would come around to see how things were going, so I could tell her about the mix up but she didn't.We were charged for onion rings.Son mentioned it to her while paying the bill. She apologized.“
“Met up with two friends that took me to lunch hee. They love it! Right in the heart of Malden Square lunchtime seems to be plenty on street parking. We sat outside The brought us chips with two salsas that were very good and fresh.. I ordered Soft chicken Tacos that can with the freshest rice and beans that i’ve had in America in a Mexican restaurant! My tacos were also very fresh with a healthy chunk of avocado on each one my favorite! They brought over a homemade habanero sauce that was amazing and very tasty as well as hot! My friends had a taco salad no meat because she doesn’t eat meat and it was served in an edible corn shell that she tells me she always gets and loves. Her husband had the steak fajitas and the were juicy cooked perfectly and came with the rice and beans as well I couldn’t have a margarita sadly because i was on a mission that day but i will next time for sure! Service was very good too! I’d definitely go back!Vegetarian options: They also had veggie tacos!Kid-friendliness: I didn’t bring a kids d but they had a kid menu“
“My husband and I went here after seeing Dune and it was really good. We had their hot appetizer plate and the falafel was moist and the kofte was amazing. The Turkish coffee was excellent, everyone was friendly and the service was efficient. Would definitely return.“
“This was our first visit to Orient Heights in Boston. We love the more local Boston neighborhoods like East Boston much more than the touristy overpriced downtown spots. On our way to Milano's for pizza we stumbled across La Fonda. This is a super cute little Colombian local spot for food and drinks. Super friendly server took our order for takeout as we were heading back to Maine. The chicharron looked and smelled incredible and was packed with tortillas and lime wedges. The special included a chicken and rice soup, shredded beef , salad and side. We will definitely return to try some new specials and empanadas!“
“I was staying in Adams Inn so it was convenient to eat at Adams Pub. I ordered take out which was easy to do online. Pick up was very easy on a table outside of the pub.The first time I ordered in the pub. It had a nice local pub feel. I saw two people doing everything from bartender, serving, taking payment and bussing so it was hard to get the attention of a server to make a takeout order. Once I did it went smoothly. For being so busy, the server was very pleasant and efficiently took my order and payment. The food was excellent. Everything we ordered was prepared well. The portions were generous.“
“Sit down restaurant and bar in the Longwood Food Court. I had a craving for eggs and bacon. Quite empty on a weekday morning. Immediate service and the food was prepared quickly.Dietary restrictions: American breakfast is gluten free if you skip the toast.“
“The food was pretty good. I’d have to say the stake tip cascades are delicious! They are amazing! And I’d totally comeback just to try those. All and all just a small local place. The entrance was kinda confusing, no signs on the doors saying which side is the fine in and the bar. The place looks pretty cool, nice waiter/waitress. It’s a little local bar, chill atmosphere. Just a new place to try. The other thing I’d have to say is I was calling the place for quite a while and no one picked up, called a couple times and then decided to go. It was rush hour, so I figured it was busy. But good place just to drop by and experience something new with your buddies“

“The food is always good here and they serve plenty of it. The saff is well trained and give get service, but the waitress who took care of our table on Saturday, 2/24 was top notch! Leslie was very polite, on top of our needs, making sure we had all we needed and checking to be sure we all liked our meal. She was very professional and made our visit here very pleasant.“
“Food is great. Not that many vegetarian options but offers a good selection. Prices are reasonable and it's a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Make sure to ask for specials of the day. There are great combos to try. Service is fast and there is a lot of seating available which helps when it's busy.“
“We've been there eight times since moving in nearby. My wife has gotten the Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich five of those. I, too have had it, and it's delicious. This is chicken done perfectly: lightly batter fried, a flavorful sauce and excellent cole slaw. I'm trying to try the entire menu. Love the burgers (big selection), fries, tator tots, Cuban sandwich ... pretty much everything, including a fabulous Winter Salad. The cook qualifies as a chef. The staff are super friendly and the ambience is classic corner neighborhood pub. When you visit, just say, Rich Sent Me.“
“Visiting from Florida and stumbled upon Stewart’s on a rainy day. The owner Anne who was also our bartender was an absolute sweetheart & pleasure to talk to, and the food was delicious (we ordered the nachos with chicken and Mac n cheese bites)! Thank you for recommending places to visit during our trip here!“
