“Hands down best bar in Boston. It's this generation version of cheers. Amazing to watch any game in and if you're not a Pat's even better. Although I miss the OG huevos rancheros the food is always on point and I've never had a bad meal there. I bike from beacon Hill where I'm surrounded by bars but theres only one I'd go out of my way to catch a game or grab brunch. It's parlor sports. I'll fight anyone that says otherwise to the above.“

Just one thing I didn't know before coming here for the first time that they add the tip into your drink order already. You can decide if you want to tip for food. I just didn't like that the tip was already included in the drink cost because you should be able to choose just like with the food. But overall its very nice and I will go back.“

“This is a great neighborhood bar. While we didn't eat, we saw quite a few plates pass by and were very impressed. The drinks were great and the staff very friendly. Perfect spot to watch sports and especially the Detroit Lions as they have Lions watch parties for every game!“

The pretzel bites were possibly the best I've had so far - would definitely recommend those.
The buffalo dip was alright.

For a main I tried the cajun linguine with added shrimp. Shrimp was definitely a great edition. Chicken was a bit dry. The flavor was all there though.

Service was also good.

TVs were all playing, but it wasn't overly loud so we could still talk to one another at a normal volume.

Would recommend giving this place a try.“

The main reason I continue to go back to the Sporting Club on Thurs nights and pay (let's face it) exorbitant prices for drinks is because my favorite bartender, Chris (I'm sorry, I don't know his last name) was ALWAYS there on Thur after work to greet me with a smile & good conversation. Where has he been? 🤔
I just have one request: Could you please put Chris back on the schedule on Thurs nights.. Otherwise, I'm going to have to find another bar in the neighborhood to spend my Thursday nights after work..
