Just a great local restaurant we stumbled upon. Opens at 5 and a small line waiting for the doors to open, restaurant full 30 minutes later. Emphasis on seafood, I had baked stuff haddock marsala and my wife had lobster, penne in a cream sauce all really great. Had an amazing layer cake for desert.
Very nice food and service. A great little neighbourhood restaurant. Lobster roll, haddock etc was all great, but the calamari dish was probably my favourite.
Varies and interesting selections, delicious food and drink. Would choose outdoor seating if available because inside space is small and can become noisy.
This place is so awesome!!! I really like the busser maggie and she is good at her job. I think that she does a very good job at asking "are u done with ur plates" and taking them to the kitchen. ? she also cuts cake
Nostalgia brings us back time and again periodically, and never disappoints. Both the fish/beef servings are perfection. Modest location in back seaport area, so calm and placid on non workdays. Great area to relax and walk nearby after meal to view the ocean at Phoenix State Park/Beach, and stroll out on the utterly, spectacularly beautiful Federal New Bedford/Fairhaven Harbor Flood Control Barrier to view back into a stretched out panorama of both cities and both commercial and recreational local maritime activity, with fast ferries often blasting out of the barrier opening to Nantucket and Marathas Vineyard .
Elizabeth's is a seafood restaurant in Fairhaven. Both the quality of the food and service was excellent. The deserts were excellent as well.
Everyone was SUPER friendly and accommodating.Drink are super strong.Butter with bread is yummy.Kids chicken and fries were good.Clam chowder would be good if it was called "potato soup with clams" but as "clam chowder" it was pretty disappointing. Definitely more like soup than chowder And more potato than anything.I hated my mussels and many in my party wasn't wow'd by anything they got such as the stuffed fish.
Outstanding food and service. Seafood quality and value hard to beat on the South Coast and Cape.
Excellent service and delicious food. Highly recommend ! We were in Dartmouth visiting our son at college and found this restaurant. Easy parking. Delicious seafood

This place is a diamond in the rough. Small, intimate neighborhood place with great food and great service. Definitely will be back when I am here again! Almond encrusted Haddock with pesto was fresh and amazing.
Wow! Roadfood.com rates Elisabeth’s as Legendary. I will tell you, it’s worth a drive from Providence, Boston, New York- even San Francisco, which is basically what we’ve done. Sublime fish. Great cakes for dessert. And a bargain- under $40 per person including drinks and dessert!
A wonderful and comfortable dining experience. Everyone is extremely friendly and nice and the food is very, very good.

You know you've found a 'go-to' when you suggest a restaurant based on Trip Advisor reviews that the 'finicky' couple in our party said this was one of their all time favorites! And were they right!!! Seafood entrees were among the best dinners ever and an incredible value. Weekends are busy; closed M-Tu. When you go, you'll be glad you did!!!
