Delicious food. Norwegian Pancakes are hands down. The waitress was all alone that day but she was still the friendliest person even though she was running around. Definitely can't recommend this place enough.
This was the first time I've ever been there. It's a quaint little place, up the street from board the ferry that takes you to Martha's Vineyard. I can't remember the name of the woman who served us, but she was wonderful. The food was very delicious!!! I will definitely go there again!!
On Wednesday Sept. 21st, I brought an artist friend from Singapore for lunch at Margaret's. We immediately ordered clam chowder; then, while looking over the menu, I suggested we share an order of baked scallops. She was reluctant, saying she had eaten scallops in Singapore, but agreed after I explained to her the importance of scallops to New Bedford.We were both pleased with the chowder, then the scallops came out. Included were fresh cooked string beans and mashed potatoes....
