We were in town for my brother's wedding and our hotel recommended The Little Village Cafe. We were a bigger group, but they still sat us quickly, waitress took time to explain the Portuguese meat, that I was unfamiliar with. Nice to see some less popular breakfast foods, like corn beef hash! And the homefries were amazing!

Tried a breakfast plate at Little Village Cafe for the first time. Went with the cacolia eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce over an English muffin with home fries. Thought it was pretty good. Cup of coffee was good as well. Service was good.

Good food but expensive...breakfast in the new lunch
Went here for the 1st time and the food was good but the service was awful! They had a new girl training and another girl was so annoyed by her presence that she was being rude! She dropped off our food at our table without saying a word! It caused the whole experience to be awkward

Been coming here 1-2x/month for the past year. Last trip, broken hollandaise sauce, but they fixed it. This time, absolutely inedible corned beef and a horrible pancake coupled with the worst service I’ve had in quite a few years. Server never once checked on the table, offered no refills on any drinks, ignored the 3 plates full of spit-out corned beef when she finally did approach the table with a check, and then promptly disappeared for another 10 minutes when we were trying to leave/pay. Will not return.

Overall, my experience at the little village cafe was enjoyable. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was tasty. While I wasn't particularly fond of the home fries, they didn't detract from the overall meal experience. However, the service could have been better. Our waitress seemed disengaged, never making eye contact or checking in to see if we needed anything else or how we were enjoying our meal. Despite this, I still plan to return because I appreciated the ambiance and food quality.
