I have to give credit where it is due, Lisa ran this place effortlessly. Amazing customer service and she didn’t miss a beat. She was working alongside newer members (also did great) and she was able to take orders, assist the crew, and make orders without breaking a sweat and still smiling along the way. Major kudos to her! 10/10

I come here quite frequently for coffee, and a sandwich. I used to come in because of the happy and friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately that has changed greatly in the last few weeks. The women who makes the food has absolutely no customer service. With that said the way she talks down to the other employees with customers in the store is completely unnecessary, and inappropriate i can't imagine how she talks to her coworkers without customers in the store. No wonder there is always new faces in this location.

The woman who was on window today seriously needs to learn how to work in customer service. She just stared at me waiting for money without telling me my total, was practically silent, and just gave death stares. Also forgot to hand me half of my order and just asked “why I was still waiting” I’ve worked in a drive thru, it’s not hard to at least fake being semi polite.

The one thing, I love poppy bagels, they never seem to have this type. Because of that, I tried the egg bagel and loved it. Suggest at least having one day poppy bagels pls
We always go to the location near Elsbree st. We decided to try the new location and a big mistake it was. I ordered an Asiago bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese, a chocolate chip bagel not toasted and nothing on it, a ham egg and cheese on a plain bagel toasted and two sticky bun ice coffees. First , we were in the line waiting for 25 minutes. Then we finally got our food. A not toasted plain bengal with ham egg and cheese. A not toasted Asiago bagel with plain cream cheese, and the chocolate chip bagel. Also the sticky buns were horrible. The only thing they got right was the chocolate chip bagel not toasted with nothing on it. We will stick to our usual location.
Great bagel and cream cheese. I got the cinnamon sugar with walnut raisins cream cheese. The smores coffee was really good
Delightful bagel shop. The food is delicious, hot, and fresh. The staff are very friendly and polite. They even started a riddle of the day!
Pizza bagel special 😋 was delish .

While I was there waiting for my order this morning, I watched one employee completely berate another in front of customers. She complained up and down about her coworker and all the customers, myself included, were right there listening. I felt so bad for the employee as ANYTHING she did, her coworker had some snarky remark about. She couldn’t even take my order without her coworker interrupting her multiple times. It was, overall, disgusting behavior to witness. If the employee had been concerned with her own self, my order wouldn’t have gotten lost. I waited for 15 minutes for 2 bagels and 2 coffees and was uncomfortable the entire time I waited. For a place that just opened they really need to make sure the environment their staff works in isn’t so toxic.
We had a great experience, I believe it was the end of opening week.
Our bagels were perfect, as I've come to expect from NYBagel. Our service was fine, the lady that took our order was polite and we got our order quickly.
I have no complaints
I ordered a Tuna on an onion bagel toasted with lettuce, tomato and American cheese. It was $13.10 ( I almost died ) I was lucky if there were 2 tablespoons of tuna on the sandwich ( if that ) . I can not for the life of me understand the justification to charge that amount of money for a sandwich that you couldn’t even taste the main ingredient on . I will not be returning or recommending them to anyone.
Service has gone down hill. Asked for an iced coffee, black with 1 Splenda. Got a coffee with cream and sugar. 2nd coffee was black with sugar. Not cool.

I got the cacoila, egg, & cheese sandwich with a bolo roll. Had lots of flavor and was absolutely delicious! They toasted the roll, so it was nice and warm and hit the spot! The only downside about the whole thing is that it was a little messy to eat because of the crumbs and juice from the meat. The tater tots were nice and crispy too! If I had thought to order an orange juice, it would have made the perfect breakfast/brunch meal! All in all, I really enjoyed it and would happily come here again to try some other menu items.
