They dont know how to make a burger with out cheese as I dont eat cheese and this place constantly puts cheese on my burgers when I ask for a hamburger the put cheese on it plain burger they put cheese on it even to the pt where I sound stupid asking tor a cheese burger but no cheese since ive ran out of options doesnt matter what time of day I go they just plain suck last time I visit this place No exaggerating 5 times ive visited in the past year and since nonsense the other bk is out of my way so just never getting bk in fall river

I usually don't post reviews on fast food restaurants because, generally, is a hit or miss, but anyway. I went there today (02/05/25) and I was feeling really bad for being in the drive though so late (around 10:20pm), but the guy that was on the window was so nice! He was so nice that I forgot to apologize for being there so late lmao... I'm sorry, BTW, I know you guys close at 1am but I still felt bad haha Anyways, best service I got in any fast food restaurant in a while. I usually stay away from fast food drive thrus, because I never get good service, but this time I was taken aback. Congrats to that guy, keep up the good work!

I went for dinner and the staff was great and busy doing their jobs. The Mng was helping hands-on with the crew. The food came out proper with all my substation. Tks and keep up the good work.

I asked for the Royal Spicy Chicken Sandwich with no lettuce or tomatoes with cheese added to it. I got this instead. Staff member that took my order was very rude, too.
I attempted to go just a few minutes ago for breakfast, I got told by the Latina girl that was working that they were unable to take my order because they were "backed up" and got told to leave. Now this isn't the first time I've had issues there, on Saturday when I want, I got the bacon eggnormous burrito, and it was anything but a burrito, it was wrapped in the shape of a crunch wrap from taco bell, and the edges were hard as a rock and then got charged for hash browns, even though they ran out

The lady with short curly hair, assuming the “manager” was extremely rude especially to all her employees and all she did was yell at them. The way she spoke to her employees, all of them, is completely uncalled for. SMH. I feel so bad for everyone that works there and has to deal with her nonsense.
