My family and I have been visiting this Chick-fil-A for over two years and often bring our dog, who always enjoyed getting a pup cup at the drive-thru.

Recently, with the change in management, we were told they no longer offer pup cups. We asked if they could charge us for one, but after about 30 minutes of discussion with an employee and the manager, they said they couldn’t provide it because they didn’t know what to charge and couldn’t give it for free.

In the end, our dog didn’t get a pup cup, which was disappointing since it was something he looked forward to. It would be nice if they could offer an alternative or clearer communication about the change.

Another amazing chick Fil a! 🤩 Nice location. Everything was hot and fresh. All employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Everything was nice and clean including the bathrooms.

There is no playground at this location, so be aware if you have kids who look forward to that.

Doors locked. People inside on their phone
Drive through also not open. Management needs to pay more attention to those employees. Thwy arw goofing off on your dime.
Once they finally opened one employee was atill on phone and the rest ignored customers at counter. Finally put my order in and still waited 15 minutes for it. Really this is the way chick fil a wants to operate?

My chicken sandwich was perfect—crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. The Chick-fil-A sauce and hot sauce combo hit just right, and the lemonade mixed with Sprite was ice-cold and refreshing. Everything came out fresh, seasoned, and right on time. Excellent as always!

Its was filthy. The floor had forks and ketchup packets. Every trash was full inside and out. We even even cleaned our table.

Disappointed is an understatement.

We explicitly repeated that we wanted grilled chicken 4 times, yet somehow we were sold fried nuggets and fried sandwich. We rarely visit Chick-Fil-A, as the quality of the brand has diminished massively. This experience at the Fall River, MA location has cemented our resolved to avoid Chick-Fil-A for another 12-18 months.
