Todays experience at Dennys in Fall River was disturbing and uncalled for.Very poor customer service from the waiter. As a server-you must learn a bit more patience and how to create a calm environment not increase chaos. I didnt appreciate the waiter taking our order and still yelling at an elederly person with her son, I will kick you out. very sad and very disrespectful. He also had a dunkin donuts sweatshirt on , and no name tag on. When you go to restaurant you represent that restaurant. His name is Christopher G

First of all, the place was empty. The girl who tried to seat us was so bitchy and pushy that we walked out. She ORDERED us to be seated after we politely requested to sit at the counter. BTW, all the staff know us and are super friendly. She should not be working at this Denny's. We went to Cain's where we got super good food and awesome friendly service! PLEASE GET RID OF HER. We were there 1/5/26 around 4:30pm.

Had my first visit here a couple of days ago while looking for a new breakfast spot with my boyfriend. I had once worked in a similar diner setting for a few years, and so I'm very picky about where I go for breakfast now.
That being said, the atmosphere at this Denny's was very warm and inviting. The food was delicious as well, but where this place really shines is the staff... Robin was an absolute rockstar! She was very attentive, communicative, and her upbeat, cheerful personality was infectious! She recommended that we try the Cinnamon Roll Pancake Slam and it was an absolute winner! Next time we're going to try the Oreo Brownie Sundae. Thanks again for making our breakfast date on a random Saturday one to remember lol. This Denny's just got themselves two more regulars! 😁✌️

The food was fantastic- I suggest the brioche French toast! But the best part about our breakfast was our waitress Robin! She made it an enjoyable experience because she really loves her job and you can tell. A great breakfast at a great price!!! with wonderful service.
Overall, Denny’s was a pretty disappointing experience. The food was low quality and felt rushed and careless. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries, and both were underwhelming — the sandwich was bland and dry, and the fries were limp and forgettable. Definitely not worth the price or the wait.
The only bright spot was our server, who was friendly, attentive, and clearly doing their best despite the kitchen letting things down. Unfortunately, good service alone wasn’t enough to save the experience.

Food was not over the top.As long as you stay with the specials, you will be ok. If you venture off the specials, it can get expensive. The older woman serving us was awsome. She was a one woman band. She sat us and served us. Great job!
