Listen, I don't expect employees to perform a song and dance for me, but at the bare minimum, you do need to acknowledge my presence when I'm standing in front of your register. 6 employees on a nonbusy moring and you still made me wait 10 minutes for my MOBILE ORDER because it wasn't finished and not at the mobile order station. Do better, ladies.

Like all dunkins it depends on whos working if youll get a great, good or, lousy. I usually order drinks and its a hit or a miss. Hopefully you didnt drive off before noticing its not so

They were extremely busy, the workers were doing thier best and probably would've been able to do better if they weren't dealing with ignorant customers complaining about having to wait for their orders or if people weren't taking the wrong items from the pick up counter. The ladies at this Dunkin are always super busy yet always are friendly and courteous
