Stood in line for 15 minutes behind three customers waiting for my mobile order that was sitting behind the counter. Then finally it’s my turn and she grabs my order and says “you should have said something”. I understand that I should have said something but that’s not my job it’s their job is to get the food made and costumers out the door. The food here is always fresh and tastes delicious and the employees are always polite. However this location always seems to be chronically understaffed as whenever I visit there are always only one or two employees rushing around doing the work of several people; having to take both in-store and online orders while preparing ingredients and cleaning all at the same time. The guy smoked a ciggerette near the trash can came back served me with no gloves. Gets frustrated when another person comes in. And last he try’s not to communicate and try’s not to make eye contact.
