“I love this resturant! They are always clean, kind, and extremely fast. I went in at 1:11 pm. Left at 1:17. It would have been much faster but there was a problem with the car in front of me. Speed of service is a 10/10. Product quality 10/10. Customer service 10/10. If i’m in a rush and i’m on the south end this is the dunkin I will go to!“
“Someone was parked in the drive through and was there for atleast an hour and whoever it was, was an employee. It is incredibly inconsiderate to park there when there were 6 parking spots open. People having to scratch their rims to get by and almost side swiping the car at 11 in the morning isn’t something people want to deal with. # not cool but the staff in there are always amazing and on point usually, hence why i wanted to voice the frustration of me and other customers as well.“

“This is my favorite Dunkin and the first part of my daily morning routine. The crew here is like family and the people who work there have been working there for a while which is saying something. They are sweet, caring, and compassionate considering they're coffee slingers and not my therapists. My coffee is always perfect and I always leave with a smile!“
“Our go-to Dunkin'. We live in the Highlands, right next to another Dunkin', and we go down the seven hills just for this Dunkin'!
Years ago, this Dunkin' was in shambles—an absolute disaster. A young woman who used to work at the Dunkin' across from Rockland Trust became a manager and took over this Dunkin'. Let me tell you, whoever decided to put this woman in management made the right call. She should be praised for how she has turned this location around. I remember going in years ago on my way to work to get a coffee. She had just arrived at this location, so it was no fault of her own, but the poor thing was the one who had to deal with my wrath when I came back. I was so mad because it was the millionth time they had gotten my order wrong. I had driven all the way to work and had to come back, and I was so mad. I really told her I had just had it with this location. They'd never get anything right. You could tell she was really upset because her words were that it was just embarrassing and she really genuinely told me she was so sorry. Well, ever since that day, I've never had a problem again. I can honestly say I believe it's because she took over the location and became the manager.
This Dunkn is incredible.They move quickly for the most part. They are accurate 99.9% of the time. I don't think I ever have to go back, ever because of an order issue. The woman at the front knows me by name and my dogs and my husband and puppies get so excited knowing they're seeing their Dunkn friends through the drive through so I always put the windows down so the pups can see their girls.
Good service is really taken for granted these days and people have a tendency to just complain when something goes wrong but never praise people when they do a good job. I have to say that this crew and this location really deserves to be praised because they run a very smooth operation.They are always accurate.They are always friendly and this manager, wish I knew her name but she has been with dunkin' donuts for at least ten years, should really be acknowledged praised and paid for how well she has turned this dunkin'donut's location around. I drive my husband nuts because no matter where we are, I will make him drive to this location if we're going to Dunkn. Doesn't matter what part of the city we're in lol There's times i've even turned dunkn down if he tells me he's not going to the north main street location.
This group is the best! We love you guys. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
P.s. were pretty solid drive through people but on the few occassions weve gone inside its absolutely prestine! Always clean.“
“Coffee are always made right but the parking lot is a disaster. It’s a tight space with a ton of traffic at times. The bathroom inside was atrocious (toilet paper lined the seat and urine everywhere) and one was “out of order”. Hope that was a one time incident“

“I go here everyday I only get coffee , on the weekends I get a dozen donuts for the kids. The staff is beautiful they're always nice . It's always a pleasure that's why I go there everyday . I've gone here for about 6 years every single day I've never had a bad experience . Keep up the good work ✌??“
“Excellent service and such friendly staff. The attendant at the window was in an amazing mood and even threw in an extra churro donut! I believe they were the general manager because of their blue shirt, but it’s really about the little things in customer service.“

“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for a couple of years and used to get great service. Lately though, especially over the past year, my mobile orders are rarely ready when I arrive—even though I order ahead. I usually visit on weekends and always see just one person working, with a growing line of customers. It’s frustrating, and I’m not sure why more staff aren’t scheduled during busy times. Hope this gets addressed soon.“

This is my favorite Cheryl, Jeanette, Joanna , Stephanie, Chelsea , the morning guy ( don’t know his name lol) and the girl with the red strip on her hair are the ABSOLUTE BEST DD EMPLOYEES I have ever encountered and I’m originally from NYC moved here a year ago and this is my Dunkin’s always

“I frequent this dunks, staff is top notch, friendly, and well trained. Management is present and aware, one of the best run dunks I have ever seen. See for yourself, giant lines in both drive through and in store move quickly and efficiently. I wish every location was as good as this one.“
“If this is the Dunkin Donuts on the globe four corners and this is definitely the best one in the city. They remember my order even if I haven't been there in a month the work is work hard and they are very friendly. Everything is done the right way and they do it quickly. “Literally the only best Dunkin’ Donuts in Fall River the other one at the gas station is awful. They should really think about adding tips to this location. I think that’s very unfortunate this team isn’t allowed to be appreciated by the community while other locations that actually suck get to have tips. Do better for your team.“
