I ordered a special that was a large cheese pizza and chicken tenders and I also ordered a steak and cheese sub. My papa Gino’s experience this time was not great at all. It all started when I first ordered online because I recently received a text message a few days prior for 25% online order which would expire the next day so I decided to use it before it expired. Well the code that was in the text did not work but I decided to go ahead with the order anyway seeing as I just spent my time doing it online. My order was than was not only not ready at time it stated it would be it was oddly not hot. That was confusing to me. I also did not wait until I got home because I was so hungry I ate in the car as I drove home. I do only live 3 , 4 mins tops away. The steak and cheese was for my fiance he made a face when he took a bite and because this was his first time trying a sub at papa Gino’s and the fact that I urged him to get it because they are usually so good I myself had to try his sub. The face he made was not a pleasant one and after my bite I understood why. Even tho it was grossly submerged in mayo because obviously the worker did not know how to put a decent amount of Mayonnaise on a sub without overdoing it Surprisingly, it was as dry as something nasty and dry could be. I also added tomatoes and lettuce to the sub when I ordered it online. Both of which were not on the sub when we opened it. The customer service was horrible I had to holler for attention and than was spoken to only when told the total. All in all papa Gino’s is my all time favorite pizza yet I will never order at this location even if it is the closest one to my house. A scenic drive is more worth my hard earned pay.

If I was able to give this place 10 stars I would. Shannon went above and beyond to accommodate my family as we gathered for a meal. Food was top notch as usual and there’s absolutely nothing I can complain about. Thank you Shannon and staff for making us feel at home. We’ll see you soon!

Food was ok. Ordered a hamburger and feta pizza, there was basically 1 maybe 2 if we were lucky pieces of hamburger per slice. Service, food was ready on arrival. Attitude of service worker terrible. Just said ya to everything. Pretty rude when I thank him and his response is yeah. I'll be taking business elsewhere.

I love the great customer service and food from this location!!! Tonight I received exceptional service from Shannon who went above and beyond...!! Since I had an issue with my debit card and their system would not allow me to make a secondary payment with cash (only with another card) Shannon used her own debit card and then I gave her the cash balance due!!! That was so nice and I was so grateful!!!! I did let the manager working know as well and hope Shannon will be recognized for her superior service!!!! Thank you again Shannon!!!!!

Ordered a small bacon pizza after waiting 30 minutes they bring me the nastiest looking pizza I've ever seen all the bacon was fat so it changed the color of the pizza to a light pink when I told them I didn't want it they brought me the same pizza just cooked well done ....still looking wet and nasty I use to love this place but I will never go there again on my life 🤢 Gross $18 dallor small pizza
