I haven't been there in quite a while,used to get their breadsticks from there that were very good but I decided to stop on my way to go grocery shopping and get a small meatball pizza ,was not good and very small and after paying for it on one of those tip shaming kiosks it was $16 +.. probably going to be quite a while before I ever go back, but I'll stick to the breadsticks and hope they are still as good as I remembered

Hello everyone this Papa Gino's is the best pizza and subs. The staff was excellent especially Shannon she was the greatest ever out of every Papa Gino's that I've been to in the Country. She definitely deserves a big raise.

The food is good but you need to hire better staff. Earlier tonight when getting my pick up order, I was told (and saw) my pizza was just getting sliced and would be done in a minute. Well, the employee finished slicing it and walked away, along with everyone else. I stood there staring at my box behind the counter for 5 minutes until I finally said excuse me (loud and clear) twice. The employee sweeping behind the counter completely ignored me. The only girl that was actually still working apologized and brought it to me after I started to walk around the counter to just get it myself. Another customer had also left after being ignored while I was waiting for me pizza as well. Haven't been to this location in years and probably won't be going again, unfortunately.
