The food being 5star clean and above all the waitstaff is amazing

Unfortunately Sagres has skipped a beat We've eaten here a.number of times over the years. I am Portuguese so my pallet is tuned to what traditional Portuguese food presentation and seasoning should be. Sagres used to be awesome, the food yesterday was not a.reasonable representation of Portuguese cuisine. Rice undercooked, Potatoes overcooked and seasonings that did.not reflect traditional recipes. On vacation from California and Sagres was recommended by a close friend. Absolutely hands down 100% satisfied. Our waiter Russell took absolute care of us even with the busy environment of the establishment. The queijo de cabra was so good had it fallen on the floor the other guests would have witnessed me on the floor finishing it with the papo seco. I had the Bife A Portuguesa and my wife the Bacalhou Assado and these were specimens of perfection on their own to say the least.
