“I ordered online accidentally to a different store and the manager at the Plymouth Ave location (Matthew) called the store I ordered the food originally to and had my order canceled and had it remade for me at his store. He was very helpful, pleasant and friendly and fixed a very confusing and annoying situation quickly, efficiently and with a smile. I come to this location frequently and will continue to thanks to Matthew and his kindness.“
“I got really stoned and ordered a boat load of cinnamon delights (and only cinnamon delights) in the drive through, paid and then drove away without them :(Fortunately Jonathan was working and being the hero that he is answered the phone when I called. Now I know not all Taco Bell’s do this but at Jonathan’s Taco Bell they do. So I asked if I had left something behind and he said, “2 orders of cinnamon delights” “Yup, that’s me” I replied. So he tells me to come back and they’ll cook me new ones, Ight cool so I go back and soon as I walk in, homegirl at the counter goes, “Are you the guy who drove off without the cinnamon delights” So I told her, “Do I look like the kind of guy that would drive away without his cinnamon delights” and without hesitation the other denizens of Taco Bell replied, “Yes” which was a very comedic situation. Anywho Taco Bell remade the cinnamon delights for me. I would have rated 6 stars but they took close to half an hour for 2 orders of cinnamon delights and didn’t give me the old ones too :(“
