I walked in around 730 and was refused service because they were short staffed. The kind girl told me they were only doing online orders. I’m not downloading an app so I can order one smoothie. I wouldn’t have minded a longer wait due to staffing issues, life happens, but to flat out refuse service is bonkers.

I’ll never come here and do business with this trops ever again after seeing how you guys made my disabled client feel. 6 employees on shift but only 2 actually working. Multiple employees hiding in the back with one only coming out to give his girlfriend free food. Check the cameras fr 8/10/2025 6:13pm. Watch me and my client stand there and get ignored while my clients blood sugar drops and is on the verge of tears in your tropical smoothie. What a garbage establishment. Why even pay that many people to “work” when you’re going to ignore the order we placed in restaurant to cater to online orders that y’all were still messing up. Good to know your employees think that disabled adults are less important to serve than able bodied adults because that’s all I saw for 40 minutes.

I wish I could ve tryed for the second time a smoothie there.
As I went in, they were all busy so ok understandable I waited, waited and waited almost half hour and no one came to the register to take care of me . 1st time I went I waited only like 10 minutes but this second time wasn't a good experience.its too bad cause the shakes are good actually.
I love the peanut butter crunch flatbread with all of my heart. The acai is ok and the chia oatmeal bowl is good.
Cheese quesidilla was good , but i did end up with the wrong smoothie. I didn't make an effort to have them remake it. So that's on me
Clean interior
I went to the Tropical Smoothie in Fall River about almost two weeks ago. I ended up in the emergency room a few hours later after I ate my chicken wrap from FOOD POISON!!! I tried to call corporate to tell them what happened and no one has returned my call!!! I will not be a returning customer.
Very greedy company, all the staff seem to be freshly 18 so they can pay them as little as they want and it shows.
I accidentally ordered a smoothie to this location instead of seekonk. When I called to explain the girl on the phone was rude and said “ummm we already made it 20 minutes ago, it’s ready to be picked up”. I explained I wouldn’t be picking it because of my mistake and that I purchased a new smoothie at the seekonk location. They told me a refund was not possible. I contacted corporate and soon the store manager contacted me and denied my refund stating there was nothing they could do because the smoothie was already made. I usually don’t care but I am a frequent customer of tropical smoothie and found it very greedy considering it was a human error and their staff often makes my smoothies wrong and remakes them no problem (throws the old one away) The SMALL BUSINESS up the street from my home has remade my coffee/other drinks with no issue more than once. This company is greedy and the Fall River management (Ana) should treat “loyal customers” better.
Delivered for free food was fast and delicious
Got served by Serenity this morning and it was the absolute best service I have ever received there! Or anywhere for that matter! She truly was a pleasure to deal with and deserves recognition for her awesome personality and service. Give that girl a raise and a promotion! Some of the other people that work there could learn a lot from her!! Thank you Serenity!

I wish I could give the service 100 stars. You have an employee named Matt in your Fall River store. He has been so sweet and patient explaining how to navigate the app. He makes me smile whenever I walk in and he's behind the counter. You're very lucky to have him.

I normally don’t complain but given how expensive this place is.. I ordered a PB Cup smoothie and it was insanely watery, felt like I was drinking peanut butter juice or something. Additionally, I ordered a Baja chicken wrap and asked for no beans. Opened it and there were beans, on top of the wrap not even being cut in half. Asked for salt and vinegar chips, received regular chips. Disappointing
Friendly staff but smoothie is all ice. Not enough product. Ordered a peanut butter cup smoothie and it tastes like peanut butter water ?? watered down smoothies. Too much ice in the blender.
Very, very rude service. Just stop in for a smoothie, about 5-6 people working on online orders, no one greeted me or took the time to let me know they’ll be right with me, just ignored me for about 4 minutes until they were ready to take my order. Sat down and waited and instead of letting me know my smoothie was ready, they walked around the corner and put it in the cubicles for pickup, even though I was right there, without saying a word.
I will never ever spend a dime in that location again
