A special touch: Chef Tommy’s mother, Barbara, warmly present in the restaurant, made the whole experience feel even more personal. TJ, our waiter, was fantastic — knowledgeable, attentive, and full of energy. This is tapas-style dining, so the two of us ordered six plates.
