Beyti's Mediterranean Grill and Pizza

This place is filthy. When we take main leftovers from plates before we put them in dishwasher, our plates were in that condition.
We ordered
Two hamburgers: worst ever tasted in my lifetime. After one bite i had to put it aside. The fries next to them were also barbaricly oily. Had to throw them out before owner sees.
Pizza was the only thing close to a 3 out of 10. Eventhough vegetables were still uncooked, there was something edible. Yet somehow even that was too salty.
We got chicken and it looked like homemade. Not the fried chicken you expect from a restaurant where their job is this and their equipment should to better.
Lastly we had asked for kunafah and we were offered free baklava instead. My husband tasted one and said you guys are lucky not to try this.
If i knew we had to order more to complain about a place's hygiene factor, we would do so. Maybe Fitchburg city officials has to intervene in this business.
I am not as generous as my husband about review. And told him why he choose this place to bring us. Now mentality of owner shows it is not dirty only on the surface.

Sorry and we will try to make it better is the only correct way to approach this but that ship sailed long ago.

If you are reading this to see if this is a place to try, it definitely is not. Two thumbs down and never going there again.

We went this place because it is halal but the cleanliness was a never going again factor. All plates and cutlery were dirty as well as general atmosphere screams we are not clean.
We tried couple of menu items but nobody in my family didn't become a fan of anything. I ate little bit more so it would not go waste. As a friendly note to owner, if things don't change drastically here, this business will not be able to survive. I saw he is a good and hardworking person but for food industry he needs more than that.
Didn't want to leave a review with nothing positive: service was fast.

Love this place. The guys always working hard. Foods great large portions at good price. I got the beef swarma 🔥 or I get the chicken quesadillas. My girl gets the Beytis sandwich. We're always very happy with it

Lamb pizza was excellent. Focaccia and El Harissa were very good. Tried a beef gyro and falafel a while back and they were also great. Gyro was huge!

It’s just not what you would expect…. 😔
You want a real mediterranean place, but you show up and you’re fooled….
you walk in and it’s nothing but an old Pizza Shop that was turned into a “misc” food spot with awful machines to process your food.

Is it a pizza shop?
Is it a taco spot…..
is it a Mediterranean place…
is it a Chinese spot? 🤷🏽‍♂️
I don’t know, but when you show up there, you never know what you’re gonna get.
It could take five minutes or it could take 45 minutes you may as well head up to Taco Bell or the Brazilian restaurant for fresher food than this place sadly with the staff’s accommodation as soon as you walk in the door “it’s” not friendly at all, which makes you not want to even eat there… let alone order one thing off the menu.
I’d say stay away. It’s a little bit easier that way.
Know wonder why these small businesses w/ bad owners fail those larger chains like McDonald’s “up the road” Will satisfy your quick need instead of this place that takes 45 minutes or more.
Wicked Super disappointed (After Many Sales) and you’re still up river with a very very crappy paddle from them when they are “supposedly” having a bad day & now your order is ruined.

Grey Hair is Showing how stressed you actually are and I’ll never step foot in that place again. Excited to drive past there and never buy anything from you again. Also will be more than happy to tell everyone I know to continue to drop your rating even lower. 😘

I need to just forget about all the other Fitchburg pizza places and remind myself that this is the best one. No joke, there's none better around. The takeout looks picture worthy every time but it's so good i forget to take one. The staff is very friendly the restaurant is clean and nice inside. There's nothing to complain about here. Everything we have ordered here is delicious.

My wife and I have gone here for about a year and a half. The owner is so welcoming and genuinely friendly, the food has never disappointed! Our top favorites are the lamb shank, chicken tacos, and boneless wings. You’re missing out if you don’t come here at least once!
