They may be known for their delivery, but you almost have to live within walking distance of them to get it delivered. I live 3.4 miles, 8 minutes away and the store says I am out of their delivery area. They say corporate sets the area. Yet I cannot get a response from corporate to the problem. Too bad they make a good pizza but if I have to drive to pick up a pizza, I will go to my local pizza shop 1.4 miles away. Too bad Domino's you lost my business.

Delivery driver literally called me when they were outside i told them i was at the door and they drove offf and stopped answering calls. I had to call the store wait on hold for 10 minutes for them to tell me they were going to have her go back. So basically i waited an hour for cold food. Order pizza King on water street instead! Way better service.

Walked into 141 water st. Fitchburg and my mobile order wasn’t ready after 40 minutes. I checked my phone and the app changed my address to 1141 main st Holden MA right before I ordered. I told the manger at Fitchburg that I called Holden and the guy said it’s prepaid and they made it already so I come n get it or they throw it away were my only options. The Fitchburg manger made my food for me and gave it to me free for my mixup. Very kind people work here and I’m happy to come back to Fitchburg again and give them my repeated business.

Store has a Minimum $15.20 for delivery. So all the free stuff they offer isn't free, you are still going to have to pay at least $20 or more with Tax and delivery charge. At that point, Just order Local. Support the small Businesses.

I finally mystery shopped the location and minor language barriers but they are using app's for that now days. Patience is good practice in a Country designed to be the Worlds worker-bees for free....
this is the worst dominos in the surrounding area mainly due to poor management to say the least. advise you to order from the Leominster location for exceptional dominos.

We stopped ordering after 3 incorrect orders in a row. After several weeks, we caved and tried again as the kids love it. Yet again, order was wrong. The pizza arrived but the cheesy bread never did. Delivery person was very nice and said the store would send the missing item but it never happened. Clearly a poorly run location and we won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a pizza Wednesday night and nevermind the fact that they have NO clue how to cut a pizza. BUT their driver came SPEEDING into a 55 and older community. When politely asked to slow down because the speed limit is 5 MPH through here...he looked at my boyfriend...slammed his car door and left time tracks in my driveway. Called Domino's...the male manager was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on me. Talked to the general manager Stephanie today and got refunded. Come to find out these 2 VERY sorry excuses are cancelling orders and keeping the money. They're scamming. Corporate WILL be called tomorrow so these 2 WORTHLESS EXCUSES FOR HUMAN BEINGS CAN BE FIRED
