Walked into 141 water st. Fitchburg and my mobile order wasn’t ready after 40 minutes. I checked my phone and the app changed my address to 1141 main st Holden MA right before I ordered. I told the manger at Fitchburg that I called Holden and the guy said it’s prepaid and they made it already so I come n get it or they throw it away were my only options. The Fitchburg manger made my food for me and gave it to me free for my mixup. Very kind people work here and I’m happy...read full review

I finally mystery shopped the location and minor language barriers but they are using app's for that now days. Patience is good practice in a Country designed to be the Worlds worker-bees for free....

Delivery guy was great, but to whomever made the order....if this is 'extra steak", then I'd hate to see what a normal amount would be... and not cool with charging me for marinara sauce for the cheesy bread and then not sending it...?
