Today, had a great experience, while asking for ingredient information, the two employees were super patient with me and worked with me to make sure everything would be okay for my food sensitivity.Coffee has always been excellent!Sometimes it's hit or miss with service. I've had some really rude interactions and other times excellent interactions.
Love all the staff here they really get to know each and everyone of their customers individually and they seem to actually care about what's going on in your day or life instead of the required communication to customers which is usually" how are you today" they actually mean it and want to know!!!

Went in for a small coffee. They said they didn't have any small coffees. I said well why should I have to pay for a medium if you don't have any smalls that doesn't make any sense just do a medium. Argue a little bit and somebody gave it to me. Ridiculous logic.
