ordered take out from here last weekend. I was double charged for my order. I’ve called multiple times throughout the week for a refund. I was contacted yesterday to say they would be in touch about it, no call. I really don’t understand why this is being dragged out, give me my money back already. We order from here quite often, not anymore. The food on the last order was pretty subpar. The cheese plate was missing everything, tacos had nothing on them and weren’t good. So bad food and overcharged 70 bucks? Yeah no thanks.

Still no refund, called today and was hung up on. called Sunday and was told I would receive a phone call from the owner, still nothing.
such a simple fix that has dragged on. Apparent this establishment does not care about its customers.

We went to have a nice bite to eat. Drinks & service were awesome. When ordering a classic and mushroom burger. Make sure you ask staff to check with customers. Medium rare or medium is not burnt like shoè leather. My dog would not even eat the smash burger. Smash burgers have had them cooked properly. Your chef or cook. Just cooked smashed it down n did not care about the end result. Fries were cooked nicely. Atmosphere was nice and upbeat. But u got to cook food correctly everytime. Otherwise you loose customers. Just trying to help you succeed. Put pride into your cooking. Place will be filled up every day. 3.0 rating.

Super welcoming staff, plenty of space, great prices, fun specialty drinks, and a sneaky killer menu full of tasty staples.
Can't speak to the late-night side, but 10/10 recommend for those on the "early shift."

We ordered takeout on Thanksgiving night. Chicken wings and tots were great! The chicken sandwich was good, too! Cheese pizza was ok. The sauce didn't have much flavor. Overall, we were very happy with the food and will either stop in or order from Mill City Pub again.

This is a great place for both drinks and food. Kim and Sam, the day time bartenders, are amazing and super friendly. They are attentive and make sure all your requests are fulfilled. Plus they give killer recommendations. The chefs in the back know how to make great food. You won’t be disappointed with what you get here.
Additionally, Mill City also serves the local community. They host various charities that serve the needs of Fitchburg and its citizens. I think that makes this business more than just a restaurant, it’s a pillar of the community.
Dietary restrictions: Menu is wide in its selection and the staff will make accommodations to dishes for individual guests.
Parking: Has a large lot in front of the front door.
Trash trash trash bar tenders. The bouncer to bartenders and a few other contributors had a problem with me, asking where my jacket and my food was. Don’t waste your money! They had 2 gun threats and a baseball bat problem, as well as knives…. In a span of 2 years. They had to move cus of the problem. Your better off going to a strip clue then here👎👎

Went to the new location last night around 6 pm. 8 people behind the bar (maybe 3 were waitresses, I think), gf and I sat at a table for 20 minutes, no one even looked at us. Two tables next to us were cleared, each waitress walked by us at least 3 times, but no one asked if we were being helped or if we wanted a drink or anything. I could cut them a break if the place was super busy, but it was half empty. The place looked very unorganized. We went to the old location a few times, without issue. Not sure if it is growing pains, but we expected better.
Would recommend for lunch or dinner. Great food without a long wait.
