I just went to S S Lobster in fitchburg. had not been there for quite a while but I will not go back again.I got there at 11:15 Wednesday Oct 1. Place is a joke. Rudest dirtbag workers you’d ever encounter. Called to ask for seafood prices and the guy told me I should have paid attention to the automated voice messages on the phone and not call the fish market. Second time I’ve been treated disrespectfully by this place. First time they ripped me off with incorrect pricing. I was going to give it another shot but after today, never again. the most rudest people work here. I swear being a rude and having an attitude is a requirement. not sure whats with the nasty attitude when interacting with customers. To get mad becuase I asked for a specific piece of swordfish (which I still didn't actually get. becuase your worker was too busy being a$$) is ridiculous. I suggest finding a career where you don't have to interact with customers. Maybe teach your workers kindness.
